Review Tim Hortons - Lumby

No words can describe the level of disappointment that flows from this location. Im sitting here outside on a thursday afternoon (4:31 to be exact) ant the guy behind the door is saying sorry we are closed..... We just drove 30 min to get here... Yesterday no ice caps.. Pulling doughnuts and tim bits out of a big rubbermaid tub looks great to the customers. I was hoping after being gone for two years that they would of improved but apparently thats far from the case. Shame

Horrible....wait times are long...15min with 1 person ahead of us....vernon 27th st the best timmies....Lumby is just not prepared with service for more then 1 customer ....wanted to support the local workers .. But...they arent even gd workers anymore...rude...unapologetic....been like this for more then a year...wish i had at least 1 gd thing to say...but there is nothing gd....unfortunately...

This is one of the worst Tim’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. At first i thought new employees there is a bit of a learning curve, but the last 5 times I’ve ordered they've managed to screw it up EVERY SINGLE TIME! Their drive thru is a joke, even to get coffee it takes at least 20 minuets, for two bloody coffees!! In general a terrible experience, would not recommend, totally worth the drive to Vernon to get decent Timmy’s!

Awful. Took almost 5 minutes for the staff to even take my order from the counter, after that another 15 minutes to make a wrap. Please hire new staff, or train them.

Lumby Tim hortons NEVER has any donuts. Why have a Tim hortons here if you're not going to have any of the products on the menu? Revelstoke Tim hortons closes at 7:30pm every night......really??? Trans canada highway and they close that early?? Is there really no one who wants to work anywhere anymore?? Too spoiled on the CERB I guess!

25 mins in the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me. I wish another car hadn’t pulled up behind me or else I would have left. Literally the worst Tim Hortons ever.

The chicken salad bowl is mostly just ranch. ... Is so much for a healthy option.

Slow and get your order wrong some times. They need more staff. And staff that understand English better.
