Staff is unprofessional and not friendly. Placed an Uber order. The staff asked the delivery person to cancel the order, because they could not confirm the order which was their fault. Finally order has been cancelled.

Drive thru, got 10 PC meal w 3 sides. Gravy, fries,Mac. Pay, they give it to us, drive all the way home to timberlea and no gravy. Won't answer their phones either. Not the 1st time this has happened which really sucks.
Service is usually pretty slow, (drive thru) but staff is typically friendly.
