If I didn't ask for no base , why is there no base or sweetener in my coffee 😭. Third time this week. I can't go back out for a drive , my little one has covid and all I wanted was a good iced coffee to get through the day 😭 when I put my own sugar in, it doesn't dissolve and I am drinking gritty pieces of sugar. PLEASE LISTEN TO WHAT WE SAY (AND DON'T SAY!)

Definitely changing locations for my drive-thru. 3rd coffee in 1 week in the garbage. I am so tired of having to throw a full coffee down the drain because they can't make it properly. Just left there about 10 mins ago and ordered med coffee with single cream. They put so much cream in it that it only tastes like warm cream and not coffee. I have also been given a med coffee that is not full (so was given a small coffee in a med cup). I have ordered the same way for many, many years but for some reason lately they can't seem to get it right.

I have used the drive-tru of this store on a few occasions. The food and coffee is on par with other Tim Hortons stores. The drive-tru staff service varies. Some staff are very friendly and welcoming and provide great service, others will not even talk to you at the drive-tru window. It's a OK Tim Hortons.

I was at this location twice yesterday, December 7, 2021. Went through the drive though both times. The first time was great! Pleasant staff, correct order, swiped my tims app, wonderful experience. Three hours later ordered a medium ice coffee and was charged for a large ice coffee. Then the girl would not scan my app. She said that Tim's was recalculating the app and they weren't scanning it anymore. WTH?? However, she was very pleasant throughout the whole experience. I laughed it off and went on my way.

Used to be my favorite place to get tea & coffee, since the manager is awful, no manners, bad customer service. I have to go somewhere else! The manager needs to change if not it will lose more customer, just saying to the owner.

Poorly trained staff, will not honour orders placed 1hr ahead of closing time and will not let you know, discriminatory, unable to follow recipe orders. So please save your wallets and do not think about customizing your order, they will certainly miss it, all the time always.

One of the young female staff is very rude. The manager needs to be changed. Very rude and unacceptable.

Come to this times 7 days a week. Mornings for my coffee never an issue. Also come back second time later in day for coffee and wifes icecap. 7/10 times they have an excuse why they cant make it...machines broken...not frozen yet ect. Ive been going to the other local tims instead for ice caps
