I have used the drive-tru of this store on a few occasions. The food and coffee is on par with other Tim Hortons stores. The drive-tru staff service varies. Some staff are very friendly and welcoming and provide great service, others will not even talk to you at the drive-tru window. It's a OK Tim

Used to be my favorite place to get tea & coffee, since the manager is awful, no manners, bad customer service. I have to go somewhere else! The manager needs to change if not it will lose more customer, just saying to the owner.

Poorly trained staff, will not honour orders placed 1hr ahead of closing time and will not let you know, discriminatory, unable to follow recipe orders. So please save your wallets and do not think about customizing your order, they will certainly miss it, all the time always.
