Review Wendy's - Lower Sackville

Awesome. We had a long day. They went out of their way to get our order ready for the 5 of us. My daughter is celiac. Thank god they still had baked potato at 7 o'clock. We bought the last 4. Food hot. Service excellent

I don't like writing bad reviews - but the recent experience was not good at all. Ordered food on the app - with a set pick up time about 45 mins later. Get to the store and when I went to get it was told I needed to "check-in" on the app by the manager - there is no option, I simply set a time for pick-up. She became argumentative about it and wouldn't listen to me that there simply wasn't an option to do that... She could see the order but made me feel that I hadn't done it right - when I simply followed the process and scheduled. I understand it was busy and was perfectly fine waiting, but she made me feel like I had done something wrong and wouldn't listen to me, becoming abrupt in front of others at the store. Moral of the review - be empathic and listen to folks, it will make things easier for all.

We've eaten at this restaurant before and everything has been ok in the past. Last night (around 730pm) we went in for supper and the experience was poor. The dining room was messy with garbage bins overflowing, trays/garbage on multiple tables and other tables not wiped down. This is understandable if the restaurant was busy but there were no customers in line and 3 people behind the counter stocking nacho chips and cup lids instead of taking our order or tidying the tables. The supervisor asked us to hold on 2-3 times as he did laps around the kitchen before finally walking up the the register and greeting us by saying "yeah". Overall, there seemed to be plenty of staff but nobody took our order for the first 3-5 min as we waited. The food was good except for 1 of our burgers was thrown together with 2 bottom buns. Overall, very disorganized.

Terrible place. I Ordered the chilli nachos and when I got my order it was just chips and salsa.. whoever was In a rush needs to think about how they treat costumers if you don’t like your job quit don’t rip people off just because your mad. It’s rude … never will I use any food apps or order from Wendy’s again . Good riddance

The fries were amazing, as per usual. I also ordered a bacon and cheese baked potato but the bacon was COMPLETELY burnt, it tasted like if you scraped the burnt bits off a barbecue and ate it.

Thursday June 30th. We there for a frosty the garbage bins were over flowing floors were very sticky and tables viewed appeared to not have been clean in awhile. This needs to be addressed. This restaurant was our go to. What happened????

Always busy! Tried their new breakfast baconator and it was cold and made me sick. The line in the drive through moves verrry slow

Awful service. Long wait times, messed up my order multiple times. Tons of better options for food in Lower Sackville.

I usually love Wendy's,  the option of a salad is very nice.  But the sackville location has major issues.  <br/><br/>The last 3 times( the latest time being this evening) I've been to pick up an order ( I do take out after work)  I get home  only to find that<br/>A: the fries are raw  or B: the salad is all limp and brown  or C: the order is wrong !!<br/><br/>Its pretty bad when you order a meal and have to check  1: that part of it is cooked  2: that the made fresh salad is actually fresh  and 3:  that it's even remotely what you ordered.<br/><br/>And as I'm getting it for dinner on my way home late at night, it totally screws up my evening when I have to MAKE dinner after stopping to get something fast because the order is either wrong or the quality is so bad I wouldn't feed it to sewer rat.....and I live 25 minutes from the nearest Wendy's and I'm not bloody well going all the way back  !!!

Inconsistency Sucks!. Wendys in Lower Sackville is so inconsistent at times, I don't know why I even bother going there. It feels like I'm playing the lottery every time. Is it worth the gamble though? Some days the food I order is incredible, other days it seems like it's been sitting under the hot lamps for hours.<br/><br/>Take this for example, the other day I went there to get a Chocolate Frosty Shake and it was about 2 inches too short in terms of being filled up! The place was busy and I was already waiting in line for what seemed like eternity, so I decided to not say anything. I go back the next day and order another Frosty Shake and this time it's almost overfilled! Like I said, it's always a gamble going there. :)

I really like the salads here. It's great to have healthy options that you can pick up when pressed for time. The Baha and the Mixed Berry Salads are fresh, tasty and huge and come with lots of protein.
