Was clean and welcoming when we first walked in. Staff was friendly and helped me decide what to get. Food was decent for what it was. I ordered a falafel bowl. For the cost I thought the portion size was really small. I did not leave satisfied. Probably would not be my first choice, ever.

Food is always great ! The shawarma plate is very filling. We tried the rice and lentils this time instead of just rice and it was so delicious. Staff are always friendly and service is very fast. Place is always clean. We go there about once a month.

Front counter staff working on Sunday around 3pm was unfriendly. Came in to order Shawarma plate, worker seemed annoyed about my order. Staff is friendly, always welcoming and make order as ordered. Love the chicken Schwarma. The poutine is a little small, though my kid loves it. Overall great service. No big complaints. Keep doing what you're doing :)

[2022] I understand that costs have risen, and the business needs to do what it needs to do, but after trying Mezza twice now in 2022, I still can't suggest coming here unless you want a spend a fortune for very little. Mezza in Lower Sackville, NS as bad service. They refused to give me fries with no spices, which I already had done multiple time before at Mezza restaurants. I told them that I was gluten sensitive, not Celiac and they didn't want to give me fries without spices and they oblige me to take the rice
