Review Domino's Pizza - Longueuil

Mostly I ordered take out. I never tried delivery service. And I am glad I do that. Because out of 10 order so far, there were 4 times the pizza was wrong ( missing ingredients like Hawaii pizza without pineapple). Called store and the credit the staff promised never able to make it work. So it is highly recommended you check your pizza at the car. Last time they willing to make the correction if you told them directly in store. Pizza quality is so far so good.

Online status (wrongfully) showed that pizza had been delivered, when called the store, the man was very rude and asked me to keep waiting and hung on me, the Pizza got delivered after 1 hours and 10 minutes. Never ordering again from this Dominos ever again.

One of the worst customer service I received in my life. Dominos Pizza is good, the pizza I ordered was good, but the service I received was utterly disrespectful. Ignoring me, not asking me, obviously avoiding to eye contact me in case I ask something (with 3 guys in the backside, 2 girls in the front), eventually leading me to cancel my order but still taking it in empathy (since I had already paid and somehow was ready when I decided to cancel).... and the worst part, the girl brings my box, puts it on the table and walks away... making me ask her "Is this mine?" after all that just happened.

This is the only Dominos I'll go to when I'm in the south shore. There are others that just aren't as good and I avoid them. I ask for well done every time (and I'm very picky) and I also don't like when there's too many toppings or cheese, but they manage to make the pizza perfectly every time. 5 stars because I've ordered from here about 10 times, and each time there were no mistakes so it's safe to say it wasn't a fluke that it was just good 1 or 2 times. Whoever is complaining about delivery time: Your order goes by priority, first come first serve. If they have a screen with 30 deliveries, but only a few drivers (who can only be at so many places at once), you can't expect to put in an order and get it within 15-20 minutes. Unless the drivers are able to teleport to your house with your pizza, you can't be upset if you order at 5 pm on a Saturday and your food takes an hour, EVEN if you live a few minutes away because the drivers can be out on deliveries (sometimes having to takes a few at once).

Pizza so bad I had to make sure we weren't eating the box.

Pizza was so greasy the box was falling apart. Must have been thrown in the car cause cheese was sticking to the top of the box. Bad

Soooo good! Best quality/price for a pizza. All they do different from the US is they don't put the seasoning oil on the crust...but that's ok (caloriwise)! Worth the detour.
