TL;DR:
The food was good and it had decent portions, but there was a waitress who constantly had a bad attitude towards us. Next time, we'll simply get to go so we don't have to see her again.

- Removed a star because of the bad attitude of the waitress in white attire. (White, crinkly shirt)
- Removed a star because someone in our table wanted lunch so they wanted meat in their club sandwich. Turns out, they ran out of meat. On a Tuesday. At 11;50am. They serve lunch at 11;00 am. We're not sure either how they could run out of meat so early in the morning. It's mainly a breakfast restaurant.

The waitress we had was fine, always either being cheerful or smiling or being helpful. She wore a black attire. (This is important.) Meanwhile, there was another waitress, she wore a white attire, everytime we tried to get some attention either to get some milk for the coffee or to be able to order food, it was done with a bad attitude.
We asked for milk as we didn't had any in our table, she gave us our milk basket, but she practically throwing the thing and she left with a frowned expression. We were left shocked at what kind of attitude that waitress had. A job that caters to being with people and making their money almost exclusively out of tips and doing that sort of action? Excuse me? I get it it's the South Shore, but we're not farm animals. I digress.
We then proceeded on asking for the food. The waitress in the white attire came up and told us and I quote : "Don't tell me, tell your waitress." And she left us. Um, excuse me? I was with my senior parents, they politely asked to order and instead of saying "I'm sorry, your waitress shouldn't take long, I'll notify her that you're ready", she says that? That's HORRIBLE customer service! We were almost planning to leave based on how rude she was, but we stayed because we were hungry.
Mind you, the restaurant was 'not' full, it was semi-full at best. But since it's a small restaurant and there wasn't that many customers at 11;50am, we figured the employees would be more... cheerful. Oh how wrong was I.
So, after waiting for a while, our waitress (the one with the black attire) came up to us and asked us what to order. One of my senior parents wanted lunch so they wanted a club sandwich. Turns out, they had 'no' chicken, and 'no' steak. Usually, we would've been fine at finding this surprise, but after how rude the past waitress has been to us, we were a little on edge. Thankfully, our waitress was constantly saying that she was sorry and was constantly giving us other options. She's the reason I didn't remove an extra star. (I was dead set on putting 2 stars.)
So we ordered, got our food, it was good, we had a nice time and in the checkout, I didn't had to wait long, she made sure we had a nice time all throughout our meal.
All in all, not the most pleasant experience. Will I recommend it to people? Unlikely. Will I ever come back? Only to buy to-go. So, I don't experience this service again.

Ordered through Uber eats app the “Coco 4 Niagara Falls” breakfast to share with my 2 year old. I’m a pregnant woman that was craving this breakfast really bad, I get it nicely delivered by the Uber deliverer, and when I open it, much to my surprise, half of the dang order was missing. NO eggs, NO sausage, NO potatoes. I paid 25$ freaking dollars for half of an order? I called the restaurant and the lady that answered asked me if I could go pick up the rest of my missing order. NO. I ordered through Uber for a reason. Than she asked her boss something and the guy told her that Uber would refund me, which means I have to go back to Uber to make a complaint and get my refund. Very bad service. No apologies, nothing. Never buying from them again.

WOW, what an amazing breakfast, absolutely delicious and fast. Thank Shana for speaking English with me due to the fact I just moved from Ontario and am learning the language. Super sweet and genuine. I would give 10 stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!😁😃
