Horrible customer service , rude people . The girls were chatting and they didn’t even know how to make a London fog tea (is in their menu ) . Not soup either ,….:They have nothing available .
They decided to close the store but still taking mobile order, girl present there sorry i cant help, i ask for refund she said no we dont do refunds here….
Wow waiting in line for 3o minutes,They took all the express. My suggestion they shoukd take alternate. Everybody has to go to work.

Waited two minutes to be served. The employees were too busy joking and laughing. The got my order wrong and they were rude. Next time I will go to the McDonalds 50 feet away....better coffee there anyway.
Quick service, few times it takes 3-5 mins but no complaints since it is the metro, can’t expect the staff to be on their toes all the time.
Mobile order collection is always fast and easy, skip the queue !!
