Review Krispy Kreme - Longueuil

Do not go here on an empty stomach! Great and fresh donuts, as always. I just wish there were more locations, like in Ottawa. I tried to make it home to take a delicious picture of a dozen, but one of them unfortunately fell out of the box. Cheers

We come here once or twice a year. Most doughnuts are nice. This is not a restaurant so I don’t expect 5* service, service was prompt and fuss-free but it’s not a place of 5* The lady serving me didn’t seem to be annoyed when I asked to add another doughnut to my take-away order.

The elementary school I work at just did a fundraiser with this location and wow! Talk about amazing customer service! We were totally blown away by how kind and thoughtful the staff were! Thank you so much for making the process as seamless as possible!

My first time at a Krispy Kreme. So happy to stop by here for a first! I got to share these with friends and roommate, they too loved 'em! I'm actually even more amazed by the inside of the store! Never seen doughnuts freshly made en masse on the spot, I'd be more than happy to come back for more!

Sugar, a lot of sugar :) But overall - tasty donuts and kids loved it. One extra perk here is that you can see how these donuts are being made from start to finish. The kids were busy for a good 10-15 minutes just watching the process.

When we get Krispy Kreme is always a special occasion so we don't mind the detour. But this time, even though the red light was on (we all know what that means) we received disgustingly cold donuts. All the magic was gone, and NO microwaving them is not the same.

If I could give 0 STARS I would.. donuts absolutely dry when I got home. Manager confirmed that the donuts were not fresh, made at 9 am when purchase was done around 7:30 pm, and he was absolutely rude and hung up on me. Purchased July 5th 2022 around 7:30pm.

The best !!! Doughnuts give Tim Hortons a run for the money ! Actually i prefer KK to TH ! Beautiful display and there is a wide window where you can see the whole process of the doughnuts getting the icing put on by way of a mecanical belt feeder ! Amazing !!!
