Review Restaurant Twisted Burger - Longueuil

I have previously dined in-person and more recently ordered online via Skip The Dishes/Uber Eats and found the same pros and cons across our experiences. The staff was very friendly, which I appreciate because take out is a luxury for many these days so a little kindness for patronage isn’t asking too much. The burgers are wonderful; good sized patty, well flavoured, satisfying and the names are novel. The sides however, leave much to be desired. We tried the onion rings, which were okay but we got very few. We tried the twisted fries, which I would liken to an American poutine (Cheez Whiz over fries with toppings) and there as in here, it was inedible. In another instance, we ordered a poutine and a plain fry and got what was clearly an old, double or triple fried batch with a few undercooked fries sprinkled throughout, that was again, inedible. The burgers would be great in itself but I find them too expensive as compared to more popular restaurant chains at similar price points. With what it costs for a lone burger on Skip/Uber, you’re better off going to your local grocer and picking up a pack of burgers and fries for yourself, which I’d rather it do than order from here again.

Excellent quality burgers! Very hard to beat! Patties are juicy and the burgers are all succulent. Fries are done to perfection and well seasoned. Hands down how a burger should do. Prices are fair and the service is courteous. Delivery is lacking, burgers usually sit in their juices and the hubs get soggy. Dining in is best in my opinion.

Always an awesome choice, fresh and tasty. Great service and ebike friendly. We sat in the back yard on picnic tables. We will be back!

The food never disappoints as it is always excellent and fresh . Everything on their menu is so good that it is hard to pick. My favorite is their Cali Burger it is amazing 😍. Will always keep coming back to them. We ordered fries , 2 burgers and kids tender meals in which everything was cook perfectly and presented perfectly .

Order pick up. 2 burgers and 3 poutines and took almost an hour. Requested to replace the beef with chicken on one of the burgers and found out that didn’t happened… burgers were very small and one was burned and not eatable. They closed immediately after because I would take that garbage food back. Of course will never go back and I want my money back. Stay away

Cute little place, reminded me of a little diner. Nachos were pretty good but would be better with real cheese rather than the nacho liquid cheese. Wasn't a fan of the gravy in the poutine but highly recommend the burgers. Very impressived 😊 Staff are friendly and speak English

Honestly it's one of the best places to go eat at in the South Shore. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. They have a wide variety of mouth-watering burgers to choose from as well as great Mexican food (the staff is multi-lingual but distinctively Spanish for the most part), hot dogs & Milkshakes. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu and everything has been satisfying and always at the same standard of quality. Couldn't ask for better service. These are the types of restaurant we as consumers need to support because there's not too many good restaurant's around here in a plethora of below sup-par chain corporations with service as cold as their food. It's a breath of fresh air to find a place like Twisted Burger and I'll continue to go here whenever I need some good food on the go.
