Review Mantra - Longueuil

The food is very tasty, we could feel the spices almost in every single dish, nevertheless I have to say that I wished service was a little better, one of the waiters was super grumpy, I understand that nobody liked to work on a Sunday, but if you will have you you need to give your best. Anyway, we ordered the combo #2 for 2 people, it was more than enough, this included dessert and tea. The only thing I did not like at all was the tandoori chicken, it tasted weird, like if it had already expired, I could not eat it.

Best Indian restaurant in Rive Sud ! I have eaten a lot of Indian food but "Le Mantra" may have been the best Indian food I’ve ever had I recommend the "Combo 1" ( 2 kinds of appetizers : chicken and vegetarian pakoras + 2 main dishes : Chicken Tandoori ,beef curry and some veggies with Naan and Rice + dessert and tea) .The combo is for 2 persons. We loved every single thing in Combo 👌

Lovely Indian food. My favorite is Madras , my friend prefers Vindaloo….but all is delicious. Friendly family service. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend! Great prices too!!

Great food, good location but customer service needs refining. I wasn't there for free food. I wanted to pay with a specific card but instead of saying they don't accept this type of card she accused me of my card not being good. My tip definitely wasn't for her.

Had the butter chicken with naan, very tasty. Nice clean dining area and friendly staff

I really advise you not to eat there. We found a hair inside the better chicken sauce and there were stains in the glasses and even the menu is dusty. We asked them to change the glass and we just remove the hair and ate our meals. The food was okay but nothing more than that. Later at night, I started having a very painful stomachache and I ended up throwing up. That’s the reason I do not recommend people to eat there. Be careful and stay away from food poisoning.

A little rough at the beginning, we had a reservation... No hello just pointed to a table, then the menus where just dropped on the table without a word or any acknowledgement of us sitting there. I know restaurants are struggling with staff but just the basics of when you enter a restaurant and seated isn't hard and it does make a patron feel at ease. The entrees were just ok. The mains were very nice and at least the girl serving the food acknowledged our existence. No water refills no enquiring as to us wanting another glass of wine, needless to say we won't be back there again for their restaurant experience but I would order for takeout. Portions where good and not expensive.

Great people! I visited this place with my friends and family and a couple of us tried the combo for 2. It was excellent. We were treated very well by Mini. She's extremely polite and takes very good care of customers. For the combo, we had pakoras which were excellent. Then she also offered to substitute the curries in the combo to make it customized. Finally, at the end she got all of us a gulab jamun and some green tea. What a gesture! Will definitely visit again and a highly recommended place! Thank you, Mini.

Never seems to disappoint me great ambiance, with awesome service and most importantly amazing food. Must try their buffet during lunch hour Tuesday to Friday.

Restaurant familial, grand (169 places) mais souvent plein le week-end donc réservez! Papadoum et baji servis sans sauces mais bons malgré tout. Il y a souvent une danseuse du ventre donc c'est assez festif et bruyant!

Le service est chaleureux et la nourriture est tout simplement sublime!

J'adore ce resto j'y vais depuis des années et jamais déçu bonne continuation et longue vie au Mantra et a toutes son équipe ����

Je suis aller hier soir avec des amis et c'était sublime. Je suis pas aller à plusieurs restaurant indien, mais si je devais en choisir une seule sa serait celui-ci. Je compte bien y retourner bientôt. P.s le poulet au beurre est un plat que vous devez prendre dans votre menu.

Nous y sommes allés pour une première fois et nous sommes ressortis très satisfaits. Personnel courtois, bon service et très bonne bouffe.
