What a lovely experience! The staff was so friendly and even refilled our water. The poutine was delicious! Being a sauce guy, I went back for some garlic aioli and the friendly manager asked if I’d tried their chipotle and gave me free samples of that and hot sauce. Truly above and beyond service!
Came in today got my favourite hotdogs, the manager told me that I should add the new buffalo hot sauce and cheese curds. Didn’t have time to take a pick mucked quick
A very busy location, situated at the food court inside White Oaks Mall. Considering the lineup, the service was speedy, friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, well made and tasted delicious.
Ordered the ultimate combo right before close and it was delicious, everything was fresh the hotdog was perfect and the customer service was great 10/10 would come again!

Went on Father’s Day; and CSR that served me (Matty) was absolutely amazing. My kids and I discussed what we wanted and before we knew it, our order was put in, she gave us advice and found the best deal for us.

White Oaks Mall location is one million times better than Masonville. White Oaks NY Fries is always full, hot, and good amount of toppings. Always have nice service too…the older fellow is my favourite he is so sweet and friendly!!
