Sunday around 7pm, I was out for walk and stopped by Tim Horton's for some Muffins to go. Not many left. I was getting 4 and the lady saw the Total $$$ and Suggested I get 6, it would be cheaper, so I did. Came home with a box instead of a bag.
Thanks to the lady at the counter for saving me money. :-)
The Customer Service at this Location on Horton, is Always the Best. Must be my Smile. I'm 75.

Thank you for accommodating the basic needs of the surrounding vulnerable population when not required to do so.
This firm, accepting, respectful mature attitude towards us and our social ills has opened my eyes to the wonders that a little bit of love can do for us when around us.
**The closing staff could earnestly use one more relief member of their crew to ease the pressures from both behind & beyond the counter after nightfall. Carefully placing some regular 3-hour closing shift additions to the schedule may be a wise choice, if the two respectful gentleman busting their chops together during my visit weren't just having bad luck on a rainy Saturday.
Last call @ 11PM.

The people servicing the counter were great and very polite considering the types of frustrating people they had to deal with and watch for all while taking and getting orders out. Was one of the more sad ones I have stopped at while in London as the homeless and actively addicted people are scattered all over right there and it's not only heart breaking, but also intimidating and eye opening as to just how bad the problems are getting. And yet to the workers, this is just normal now. It hurts to see

The staff at this Tim’s are the absolute best out there. Not only is their customer service consistently excellent but you can really tell that they are a solid team that treats each other with respect. This location is in a pretty rough part of town, yet every staff member always has a positive attitude and a smile on their face. And you know, it’s a Tim’s, the food and coffee isn’t great (yet I go there 5 days a week knowing this - it’s part of the Canadian experience). But seriously, the amazing staff at this location makes up for everything.

I had to amend my review because I’ve noticed that walk-in service has significantly improved, and it seems like there are generally enough staff on now, to keep wait times reasonable. I’m really pleased with the speed of service lately, and as always, staff are very friendly.

One of the most friendlist TimHortons. The lady at the desk is amazing with kids. Very considerate and ensured that my order was correct. There is decent parking. Lots of bike storage. There is drive through as well. Will come back here for sure.

We had a wonderful experience at this Tim's thanks to Kristin (I hope I spelled her name right), the host and manager. She was so sweet and hospitable, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. She also handled a difficult situation with a drug addict very calmly and professionally. She showed us what it means to be a caring and compassionate human being. Her smile, warmth and leadership were inspiring. I also want to thank her staff for their excellent service. They work hard every day to make this place welcoming and enjoyable. This is one of the best Tim's I have ever visited!

I'm pretty saddened by all the gross comments about "undesirables" hanging out front. They don't bother anyone and the unhoused have the right to access the same services as anyone else. If you ever actually talked to them, you would realize that the vast majority are wonderful people. I'm glad that Tim's supports all Canadians and not just housed individuals.
