Very good customer service.
The lady at the counter was very nice. I asked for a steep tea with the tea bag inside the cup. She suggested me to take orange pekoe tea. It turned out very good. Couldn't see her name but she was very good.
Staff here are great! Favorite Tim's to go to! I will drive by the Esso one to come to this one!. I only know the one lady's name Pat, see her every morning on the way to work. They are always on top of things here!. Thank you for making my morning coffee and time to work smooth!.
From the street this location looks like it's one of the drive through stores, but there's quite a lot of sitting room inside.
The store is clean and spacious.
It seems like a majority of the customers use the drive through and so the store tends to be less busy inside.
Very busy location specially lunch time, but they serve quickly. Very friendly staff, parking spots are limited.
This is my favourite Tim's! I've been to this location at least 25 times now and my iced coffee order has been correct every single time. I started going here as another location nearby never made it correctly. The staff who work the mornings during the week and weekends are lovely.
During rush hours,a extra staff member or two may help with times at drive thru and counter service
Not only efficient but fast and friendly, thank guys! ....I wrote that review 4 years ago and to this day it still stands to be my favorite Tim's to visit, and wow the drive through staff are amazing and super friendly. I look forward to this stop every morning (and sometimes afternoons)

My wife and I enjoyed going here for years when they were in the plaza with No Frills on Baseline. The biggest issue we have noticed at the new location South of Highview was the issue with bees few years ago. This morning I visited here and it took 8 minutes to be served at the front counter. There was no lineup!
I recently made an uber order to my work from this location. I received someone else's order! I was not impressed at first because this family's order who I now have....is without and definitely not what I ordered. For the first time, the staff at Tim Hortons (I forgot her name, but she was amazing!) Reached out to Uber to have me contact her. I called the store and she offered to have it resent out to me and I received a 5 dollar gift card on top! I inquired about the other order and they fixed theirs as well so everyone nwas taken care of and I want to say thank you for your outstanding service! I ended up sharing with co workers because we had so much food and drinks haha. Thanks again!
I like going here, often. Parking lot needs new yellow lines.
