They always make sure that the coffee served is hot and at its best. Take care of their customers very well. All of them are very friendly. Never had a back experience with them.
The best coffee in london. Its the tim I visit coz i feel they have a better taste from other branches. Can also understand that but the traffic here.

Today I had an amazing experience, with a worker named Taya, she was very kind and respectful. Offered excellent service to me providing me with her own opinion when I wasn’t sure. This timmies always gets my 3×3 perfect never fails. They also accommodated odd request of a extra Hashbrown in my farmers wrap a actually gave me extra Chipotle when I asked for it. Other tims have just put it in the bag and just added a tiny bit more Chipotle that I only find at the end of my wrap
I've never really had a bad experience at Tim's. The occasional order not *quite* right if I go when it's really busy? But the coffee is always hot (or cold, if I order iced coffee!) and fresh, and the service is always friendly. 😊
Great and busy Tim's. Mostly I like the staff and management. I don't partake of the food but the coffee is always good and full of lots and lots of caffeine a drug most of us enjoy responsibly .
Just would like to say thank you to the amazing staff tonight for making my brothers day. He loves old fashion dip and no other stores really make then. We called this location after calling two other stores that refused to make them for us. The staff were so pleasant. And the donuts are delicious!!
