Review Pizza Pizza - London

My family and I have dietary restrictions that make eating from a restaurant/fast food place very difficult. This specific Pizza Pizza is one of the only places in London that we trust to eat from. We order delivery or pick up at this location a few times a month for over 3 years now and it is the best and most consistent Pizza Pizza in the city. Don't get me wrong... There have been times our order hasn't been exactly what we hoped or they have contacted us to let us know they have ran out of an ingredient but these things happen everywhere. They are always quick to make it up to us and 96% of the time (out of 50+ orders a year) our order is perfect. We have tried multiple other Pizza Pizza's in the city and have been left unhappy everytime. On top of this, most of the staff we have spoken to are very friendly. We've been here so often that they know our favourite foods/dips and can take a guess at our order before we even make it. The delivery driver has only been late maybe once or twice (one of them was a snowstorm) in 3 years and is always one of the friendliest people. If we were financially capable of tipping more than we do, we would in a heartbeat because they deserve it!

Overall pretty good. I have ordered dozens of pizzas from this location and I would say I have had very few mistakes on my orders. All of which they corrected. They are usually pretty quick also.

Always enjoy this franchise location.. staff are friendly, fast and professional.. we have been ordering here for years and they've never made a mistake on an order... the pizzas are always fresh and hot with lots of toppings and you can't beat the prices... XL pepperoni pizza for $9.99! Also we love that they have whole wheat crust and do thin crust..

Too bad this location is closed. This was far and away the best tasting Pizza I've ever had at any location of this franchise. Very disappointing. I hope one reopens nearby but I'm concerned about the pizza quality as different locations are not equal.

Pizza was good, but 4 stars because of lying to us. Ordered pizza they told us it will take 1 hour we were okey with it. We called them after the hour. They said you can come pick it up. Went there they said 7 more minutes which was actually another 30 minutes. NEVER BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY. That's all. If pizza is not ready expect to wait.

Great quality pizza for the price and convenience! Keto options are very appreciated and taste very close to their carb-y counterparts. Recommended for those nights you just don't feel like cooking :D

I been visiting this pizza pizza location for past 10 years . I never had any problem , and I always got the best quality pizza . I don’t know why they closed , so sad

The food tastes great, its filling, and its fresh and fast, The only thing is that the slices are no where near even but otherwise good restaurant

I purposely drive to pickup from this location because if I order on line or phone it comes from a location that is probably one kilometer closer but the pizza is never as good as this location. Old saying. "Worth the drive" but true!
