Hello The Manager,
Please retrain your employee who was on shift on 16 January 2020, 6:45pm. Check your shift schedule and tell him how to behave with a customer. I ordered medium triple triple steeped tea but it does not taste like other Tim Hortons. When told your employee that it has a lot of suger as usual then he said to me that you ordered and I make it I don't know what happened and that's my job. I didn't ask him for his duties, I asked for my steeped tea. He doesn't have sense to talk. Customer is customer it doesn't matter from where he is.

Always the slowest Tim's in Canada. Been in the same spot for 10 minutes behind 13 people waiting for the line to move. I can see 3 people behind the till what are they doing? Why does a single order take 5 minutes to take for each person come on. Step it up.

There are two Tim Hortons in Fanshawe. They seem disconnected from the rest of the Tim Hortons brand because of how slow their service is. I truly believe Fanshawe Tim's are the slowest in London. Unfortunately, they do not make up for it with their service. They are generally indifferent and unfriendly toward customers. I don't expect over enthusiasm or jumping up and down in excitement for each customer... but just try to smile a little bit and have the professional courtesy we trust from the Tim Hortons brand. I sincerely hope I will see an improvement during my time at Fanshawe. I wrote this entire review while waiting in line at Tim Hortons.

Easily the worst Tim Hortons in all of Canada. They can never get properly staffed and there’s always and absolutely massive line. Not only that, but they’re constantly out of everything when u finally get to the cashier. This location is an embarrassment for Tim Horton, definitely the most infuriating tims I’ve ever been to. Such an awful experience every time

Ordered three xl coffees to receive the most burnt coffee ive had ever had with no sugar and I asked for a triple triple i suggest McDonalds

9am on a Wednesday MORNING they have NO EGGS made and would be 10 min before they would have any. They are advertising all day breakfast, however not at 9am!
