Review Tim Hortons - London

So first off it’s normally slower than it was today in the drive-thru. However today was smooth and quick service. I usually avoid this location because I’m usually in a rush and it takes too long at the drive-thru. Today I had an important work meeting and was feeling down because I’m struggling with medical issues. Kimmy was at the window when I pulled up and asking me how my day is and super bubbly and a breath of fresh air. It actually changed my mood entirely, she even made sure to put a sleeve on my cup so I don’t burn my hand walking into my meeting on the fresh hot cup. She was so sweet that I almost poached her to come work for me. Workers like her that do their job to the fullest as if they own the place are so hard to find. Her brightness calmed me down a lot and it was my first human interaction of the day and this is how I was met at the drive-thru. I wish I knew when she’s working all the time, I guess I’ll try my luck again tomorrow. Just when I was about to give up on that hectic slow Tim Hortons at this location, it will now continue to be my first stop on my way to work. Always busy, close to the 401. I'd love it if it was faster, but I don't think that's an option. Layout inside leaves you lined up beside the bathroom or at the door holding it while you wait. Remodel this location properly for efficiency and you're sitting on a gold mine! Always great coffee!

I comme to this timmies all the time since it is right next to my house and school, and usually the service is good like good enough but today it was incredible. It is my first day back to school so I came to Timmies for lunch and a worker I’ve never seen before helped us and she was awesome, super friendly, confident and brought our drinks and food out super quick, didn’t quite get her name but I’m pretty sure her name tag said Kaylie or kylie! Super great service, can’t wait to see her next time!

Just wanted to leave a review namely about an employee there today. The whole store was packed. Busy, the employees were all doing their very best to move fast and keep all of the customers happy. My family decided to stop in after hockey for a quick breakfast. My daughter accidentally dumped her chocolate milk. It went everywhere Nikita, amazing as she was came over and happily helped us clean up, made my daughter feel better about her lost chocolate milk and less embarrassed about the spill in general, all with a smile on her face and a pleasant demeanour again despite the business of the shop and the general chaos. Thank you Nikita! You rock :)

Excellent server Sophia, she was so amazing. She waited for me to pick. Long line behind and was the only one out front to deal with me without any rushing. Followed strict procedure when handling donuts but let me know with courtesy. Agreed to add chocolate drizzle on top of hot chocolate. Also gave me a box to carry my food home! Amazing!

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She took the time to listen to my order and made sure everything was just right. Throughout my visit, she checked in on me to see if I needed anything else and made sure I was satisfied with my meal. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my experience and wanted to make it as positive as possible. Overall, I was extremely impressed by Khushboo's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. She's an asset to the Tim Hortons team, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

A very enjoyable space that is comfortable, and good food too purcase. Staff is friendly and will give you plenty time too go online. Bath rooms are kept clean.

It's a busy intersection and this Tim Hortons is very popular in the area, nevertheless staff is doing great work to keep up and show attentive and caring service, so I don't quite get negativity in some other reviews, and somehow they always have my order right, but I worked in customer service before and I know there's always somebody just wants to be upset about anything, that's psychology. Me and my wife pass by it on the way to work and back, and it's always great to stop by and get a little bit coffee and tasty snacks. Many thanks to manager and all employees for great work, keep on smiling! :-)

They are extremely good with they’re good best timmies I’ve been too yet honestly , but they are always extremely packed due to being near the highway

Use the drive thru, the in store service is very slow. Line up always seems to be outside the door. Frustrating when all you want is a coffee and the cashiers keep leaving their post.

Its clean, quiet and peaceful i come here often as the food is well prepared and service is responsible and clean following food procedures with proper practice. The area around the tim hortons isnt as nice though as it is confusing, cramped and dirty.
