Always busy, close to the 401. I'd love it if it was faster, but I don't think that's an option. Layout inside leaves you lined up beside the bathroom or at the door holding it while you wait. Remodel this location properly for efficiency and you're sitting on a gold mine! Always great coffee!

The whole store was packed. Busy, the employees were all doing their very best to move fast and keep all of the customers happy.

Excellent server Sophia, she was so amazing. She waited for me to pick. Long line behind and was the only one out front to deal with me without any rushing. Followed strict procedure when handling donuts but let me know with courtesy. Agreed to add chocolate drizzle on top of hot chocolate. Also

Use the drive thru, the in store service is very slow. Line up always seems to be outside the door. Frustrating when all you want is a coffee and the cashiers keep leaving their post.
Its clean, quiet and peaceful i come here often as the food is well prepared and service is responsible and clean following food procedures with proper practice. The area around the tim hortons isnt as nice though as it is confusing, cramped and dirty.
