Cute exterior. Always stood out to me. I've only eaten here twice, but both times the food was hot, fresh, well made, and no mistakes were made. This is rare for a McDonald's so I'm impressed!

Last visit was great. Was with my mom and son. We had a quiet place to sit and the food was hot.
I went here tonight (Sunday, October 30th) and was tired after a pond shift. A super helpful women named Dani helped me with everything I needed and made the whole interaction that much more better! AMAZING WORKER SHE IS GREAT!

I just walked in for an ice cream cone. I was surprised at the unkept appearance of the public areas. There was a noticeable amount of rubbish on the floors and tables. Is this a sign of the times? Servitude is expected? We no longer clean up after ourselves?
Best experience in London. Young lady with black hair and glasses was super nice and friendly (even at 1am)!

Bad costomer service
Very busy. Seems that the employees have to be in lots of places at the same time! The Cashier also serves, which then causes a backup. Maybe not enough staff. Despite that, the staff are very friendly, courteous and professional.
The restaurant is clean and the food is well made.
I recently visited McDonald's and had a great experience. I had redeemed an offer on the McDonald's app for a free medium fries, which was a nice added bonus to my meal. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Staff consistently deliver customer centered service more so than any other McDonalds in London. Stark comparison to 61 Oxford where staff are cluess & rude. This one even has hot coffee!!!

I'm not a fan of fast food but sometimes it's necessary. That days it was necessary. I got the chicken sandwich and was actually impressed because my stomach did not hurt afterwards as it usually does if I eat fast food.
Service was relatively quick given that I dropped in during lunch hour.
