Delicious dishes, chicken was tender with tasty sauce, a good new dish was rotisserie chicken and fried rice with vegetables, but the spring rolls chicken were mild. Each table has it own private space, clean restroom, good location next to Costco with a lot of parking. Service was good, staff was helpful and patient. Decent price.

Service was good, fries were good, ribs need meat and chicken was super dry. Save yourself a trip and go get two super good chickens from costco instead of half a mediocre chicken here đź‘Ť

We enjoyed a festive dinner tonight and the meal was good but the chicken and sauce could have been warmer. We had an exceptional waitress, Elsa, who was very attentive in spite of the restaurant being extremely busy. She seemed to be able to anticipate what we needed, was patient when explaining things, was very friendly and was at all times focused on providing excellent customer service.

Our server Elsa ensured we had a quiet window seat and her help with menu selection and how to order was perfect! Often we have problems finding a nice restaurant to have a good visit as I come from out of town. Elsa and this Swiss Chalet location was perfect and the beef stir fry delicious!

The food is always well prepared and tasty. The price is quite reasonable, especially if you can catch one of their frequent specials. The service is always quick and very friendly. The service that we have gotten from Amy is exceptional. We always look forward to her waiting on us.

Our server Amy at Beaverbrook restaurant was great. We eat there once a month and she knows our beverage order, and can usually guess our food orders correctly each time! Very pleasant young woman.

I ordered delivery through Uber,
And when the driver arrived he didn't have my food. He had a small bag that was clearly supposed to be delivered to with someone else's order. He had obviously made a mistake and either delivered my food to the wrong address or forgot it at the restaurant, Uber was no help not going to fix the issue or refund me.
So I called the restaurant and this lovely woman answered the phone and informed me that the driver had in fact left the order behind. I had just gotten home from a long day was was hungry and tired and she was so kind and helpful, she made sure I got my food! She went above and beyond and did something that she didn't have to do.
I greatly appreciated her kindness! And this Swiss chalet location is lucly to have someone like her on staff!

We were served by Elsa who was so friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. We had the Festive Special which has just returned for the season and it was delicious as usual. We had a very relaxing meal and would definitely return to this Swiss Chalet.
