I ordered off a delivery app: 2L Diet Pepsi and two chicken sandwiches with no mayo. I got a call from the manager. There was no diet so he asked what I’d like instead. I get my meal and my sandwiches have mayo. The pop was one thing the mayo quite another. Gross. So I went through skip and they just refused to refund anything. No idea why. So I called the number back and immediately the manager was happy to help. I lice a few blocks away and was heading that way so I brought the food back. On the way I noticed that the receipt that prints at KFC didn’t have the no mayo I toggled (not special instructions) print for them so it’s not their fault even. The manager still replaced my meal happily, and gave me a can of Diet Coke. Just so I was happy and clearly didn’t have to. I used the delivery app because of a 2 for 1 promo but because of the above and beyond service at the store I will be going in to order whenever I feel inclined every time. Thank you for making a bad situation that wasn’t even your fault right for someone you didn’t have to
Awesome fresh food! Best thing is they are always busy but the staff is always greeting every guest with a smile! Special shout out to Preet! She is super friendly and cheerful. You can see that she is tired from taking order after order, but still she is smiling and making sure that every guest is served and insuring/confirming that they have received everything they have order. Wonderful staff! Great team!
The evening staff today is extremely helpful and nice . The guy was extremely pleasant on the call when I made a complaint about the food and took immediate action after apologies. But no complaints now as the customer service made huge difference. These three people in the evening staff deserve the raise.
I love KFC... Those 11 herbs and spices really do it for me. Came in to grab some take-out after a hard day with a friend in the hospital, got back to the hotel only to find a couple of key items I ordered were not in the bag. I called and drove back to the store to get my missing items and the store staff were very apologetic and gracious about the whole thing and even gave me a little more for the inconvenience, without me having to ask. We all make mistakes sometimes, it's how you rectify those mistakes that really makes or breaks an experience. Well done folks, well done :)
I couldn't read the small print on the drive through menu so they gave me a paper one to use. Very helpful. Food was HOT and deliciosus.
I ordered through the drive-through a family feast type of dinner... The whole atmosphere as far as I could see even inside was very productive. The team that served me were communicating with each other to get the job done efficiently. The food tasted great as well!.

Rose was an absolute hero tonight. I can't sing her praises enough; customers were being belligerent and difficult, there were technical difficulties, and all of this during a sudden dinner rush. And throughout it all she kept her cool, she was calm and polite with customers, and she kept her team organized and working while encouraging them and keeping morale up. She maintained her good humour in the face of adversity and managed to keep nearly every customer happy and on her side. I can't imagine the willpower it must take to stay strong in the face of that much hardship in such a short amount of time. From the brief thirty minute window I got to witness her, she's the kind of manager I feel like any place would be lucky to have. Cheers, Rose. Watching you was like seeing a Kentucky fried superhero at work.
I was there to pick up a small popcorn chicken which was rewarded by completing a survey. The lady in the drive through was a sweetheart. For some reason she couldn't hear me through the intercom. I was getting frustrated, but she was so calm and collected. We joked a bit. To top it off, I only had to pay a dollar for the drink which was a requirement in receiving the free popcorn. It was very positive experience.
Don't understand what's with the poor reviews. The workers at this perticular location are very accomodating, for instance, if the order is taking longer than usual, they will give you something extra for free to composent ect. Very polite staff here
