Review Quesada - London

Kelsey Elliot Marcolin
Last night, (June 16 2022), I went here for dinner, because I love their pulled pork tacos (and fries!). However, I didn't realize I had shown up a couple minutes after they had closed. Instead of being turned away, which would have been reasonable and totally respected, the gentleman took my order without hesitation. He was very polite and told me not to worry about being a few minutes after closing (though I apologized repeatedly and promised not to show up after closing again). He was fast, efficient, and pleasant to interact with. Love your food and your customer service!

Perfectly executed quesdila. I had the spicy chicken and it was spicy. The double crisp on the shell was a nice touch. Can't wait to try the tacos next.

We took two burrito bowl. There was a lady employee wearing spectacles. She served the worst burrito till date to me. Very less quantity of each veggie. She didnt told her name, worst cx service by her. We give best cx service doesnt matter who the cx is but here I dont think they know how to talk. I told to put veggies and sauces more and she denied. Not recommended for any burrito items here.

Loved it. Service was excellent. Good lunch. I think they’re helping to keep the “fast” in fast food.

One of the best experience because reached at 9 the store was about to close but still take the order and service was good.

Tried this place on a whim, better than burritoboys for sure

Amazing service, food, layout, and overall store! The ones by bell's corner really exceeded my expectations and wowed me, it's my new favorite restaurant.

Used a groupon and still feel I payed too much. Staff very stingy on portions into the bowl. If bowl is only 3/4 full. Use smaller bowls. Meat was just average. Nachos were horrible, so salty. Daughter and myself couldn't even eat them. A lot of options out there for this type of food, should be better.

Honestly, the worst Nachos i've ever had In my life. They seriously were terrrrrrible,
Never go here for nachos the toppings don't even sticks to the chips they're so poorly put together.

Bought a way overpriced fish burrito, expecting that they would at least cook the fish well, but it came out cold and the breaded outside was damp. Don't enjoy the fact that they grill the burrito in the tinfoil wrapper, the metal wrapper was stupidly hot (like, burn your fingers off hot) and the tortilla was barely grilled. Also, if you're going to charge extra for the guacamole, at least make it good guacamole, not nasty weird green paste.
I'll probably never be back, there's better places to spend your money.

Good but pricey. Very fresh and well prepared but expensive for the portions.

Just like the movies!. My husband and I had lunch here and were amazed at how it felt like a restaraunt you would see in the movies. The one where the staff knows everyone by name. The owner complimented customers change of hairstyle, knew what others had last time they were in and obviously most of the customers in this busy location had eaten here before as she clearly seemed familiar with most of the people. I haven't ever been to a place like this, good food where you feel so comfortable and welcomed!
An unmatched experience.

Quesada is a good alternative to junky fast food. You can get a pretty healthy meal here. The ingredients are fresh, the variety is nice and the place is clean. The staff was very helpful and quite friendly, too.

Fresh & Tasty. We didn't go expecting "authentic Mexican" from a chain. Seriously. Do you people expect it of Taco Bell? I suspect not.

What we had was fresh and tasty. Well priced, too. And the staff was very friendly and helpful in walking us through the heat levels and sauces. We will be going back.

Decent burritos, decent price.
Very disappointed in some of the staff. Rather pushy, seemed like we we're bring rushed out the door quickly.
A little customer service training could go a long way.

Really subpar burritos, not authentic in the slightest. Owners can be pushy.

Dissappointing. This was an extremely disappointing dining experience for me and my companion. I'm not a Mexican food specialist, but even I know that what we got was not authentic - I have no idea what category of food this is, but Mexican it is not. I don't know how you can go so wrong with such nice ingredients - beans, rice, chicken, hot sauce, toppings - but the result was inedible

The Burrito was ok. The Quesadilla was not so good. The staff is very friendly.

Fresh. Even though 'Mexican fast food' isn't always appetizing, in this case it is. This place really surprised me. The portions are generous! The ingredients were fresh..and the staff at the Dundas location were super friendly. They let us sample all the different meats. They also have a stamp card where you can earn free burritos. Need I say more?

It was okay for the price. I tried the pork burrito, meat was extremely tough. Staff was friendly. Wouldn't eat there again, though.

You could do worse. Mexican grills, I'm sure, will become increasingly popular as time goes on, much like the frozen yogurt movement that spawned a nauseating amount of places (GO TO CHIL!). Quesada's burrito attempt was okay and nothing more.

I purchased the Big Ass Burrito with spicy chipotle chicken, cilantro-lime rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and salsa roja for around $12 or so, which isn't too bad considering this thing is fairly large. The fact that Quesada even offers this size of burrito makes me incredibly happy, as I find the large (12") burritos a little small for my liking.

My likes end there. The food isn't bad, per say, but it isn't good either. The cilantro-lime rice simply lacked flavour. The black beans needed more seasoning and flavour and the chicken was okay. The salsa roja, thankfully, had a decent kick, so I wasn't missing the much needed spice. As I ate the burrito, something felt missing. A burrito in this fashion needs a lot of flavour and when all the ingredients lack it then it just ends up being incredibly flat.

To address one thing, as I address often, this isn't meant to be authentic. If you want authenticity then there are great places like Los Comales. Mexican grills do something else entirely. They provide you with a burrito that contains all the traditional (with a twist) ingredients into a single vessel.

Would I come here again? After going to Qdoba, no, I would not, and I have no trouble driving the extra 15 minutes to go there instead of Quesada, which is only a few minutes from me. Would I ever reject a burrito from here? Definitely not. You can definitely do worse (I'm looking at you Under the Volcano). If it's Quesada versus no place then it's worth a try to see if it's up your alley. Temper your expectations and don't expect an incredible burrito and you might leave passably satisfied and, if you have a small stomach (unlike me), full from a Big Ass Burrito.

If your looking for authentic Mexican cuisine do not eat here. Think of it as a a bad attempt of a spin off of chipotle or burrito boyz. My "large" burrito came with roughly a shot glass sized portion of rice and beans on it, the shrimp was frozen and nuked in a microwave for 30 seconds before being put on. The attendant had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for pico de gallo and the guacamole was pre made old El Paso bagged garbage and finally my burrito was wrapped up in the shape of a baseball. The attendants were very friendly but the food quality was out of their control. A small step up from tacos bell but still a long way off from anything I would call good Mexican food.

Yo Quiero Taco Bell. This place is terrible. Service is beyond slow. 20 plus minutes in line for a burrito and a couple of two-bite tacos. You have random people helping out on the line...some with uniforms some without. Chicken is ice cold...shrimp is micro-waved...all their breads are the boxed kind. I don't mind boxed breads so much, it's when you're charging $25 + for 4 taco's and a burrito...that's when I have a problem. We did get combos which included tortillia chips with small salsa and a fountain pop. Overall my experience here lacked in many ways. I found the food to be of poor prepping quality (temps etc) and the service terrible. It always scares me a little when I see a super microwave in the corner and no ovens anywhere in sight. Everything is pre-made in bags, just needed to be put together. Nothing authentic about that, nothing fresh about it either! Shame on you as well for charging extra for guacamole and other ingredients. You're not making your guac, it's out of a bag like everything else!! Old El Paso missed the mark BIG TIME on this place!!
Parking situation is just that....good luck finding one when the plaza is busy. Will not be going back anytime soon if ever!
