I had a fantastic experience here. I came with my colleague and I was on crutches. We were led to a nice table with great space for my legs.
The atmosphere is great. Everything was clean, the lighting was perfect, and the temperature was just right. Overall, it felt very homely.
The staff were friendly and courteous— much appreciated on a busy night.
We had the festive chicken quarter meals and the food was super fresh. The chicken came right out of the oven. My mashed potatoes were loaded heartily with gravy, which is the key to my heart.
We were both left full and satisfied. It was a pleasure to dine here and it was well worth the menu price.
Would highly recommend and visit again, 10/10!

GREAT RESTAURANT... our server was absolutely AMAZING she went above & beyond to assist my son with building his own meal. Told us a few of the specials that saved us about 30 bucks. The food itself was GREAT. Ribs a bit over cooked but would consider that collateral damage considering EVERYTHING ELSE was A1.... Next time were there I'll definitely get her name I've gotten her 3x now & would definitely recommend for any family who wants a great night out with good food & service.

My food was very good, I ordered the White Meat Quarter Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and a dinner roll on the side. The chicken was a good portion size and the chicken was juicy not dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy was delicious, very nice flavor. The service was a bit slow and no one came to check to see if we needed anything. Overall a decent experience.

Called my order in or pick up. It was ready in 15 mins. Excellent customer service on the phone an in the restaurant when I was picking it up. Food was delicious. Thanks for the great service and food.

The Swiss Chalet experience for a mid afternoon snack was amazing. This Swiss Chalet has to be one of the cleanest restaurants in London. I have eaten at dozens of them. The server Peppie was an outstanding personality. Full of energy, edicate and a great sense of humor. The food portions were big. A quarter chicken ate like a half because it was so big. We had to K-9 bag it. There was more then enough room even of it's très busy. The staff there move quickly and no one is standing around doing nothing. Great staff. The chicken, baked potato and hot roll were to die for, the SAUCE..AAAAAA! It's speaks for its self. Don't wait. Have some Swiss Chalet tonite and dine on the covered patio. Updated 09/24/23. After the last meal concerns, they gave me a complimentary
meal for two. It was much better this time around. Service was fast and food was hot and tasty.
They charged $2 more for white meat, and it was not great. Chicken was very rubbery. Used to love SC, but things have changed. Did you know they took away the lemon finger dippers at the end. This was a simple touch that made this an experience more than another boring meal, and it's gone. Bring back the experience everyone used to love. Bring back those finger bowls at least!

We ordered two quarter chicken white dinners with fries to go, and asked for one of them to switch the white chicken to dark meat, and the side to a ceasar salad. Staff were so friendly in taking our order and ensuring it was prepared on time.
The chicken dinners were wonderful as always
There was a small mix up with the order but staff were very quick to make it right

Ordered online for pick up. Online didn’t have the cheese pizza available which each child wanted. So we ordered other stuff for the children and when I got there I saw the kids menu with the cheese pizza. I mentioned it to the young lady behind the counter who changed all the kids orders to cheese pizza even though the others were ready. I was super impressed by this and going the extra mile to ensure the kids were happy. Will return soon!

Great experience, the online ordering was a breeze, the pick up was curb side, incredibly efficient food was brought out fast and hot anx the person who brought it out was incredibly polite, and I will definitely be ordering from here again! Awesome job everyone
