Just went in this week, normally I would never leave a review for Tim Hortons since I’m always going to various locations. But this time I was extremely famished and decided to stop by in London and grab a quick bite. Alyssa made my food early in the morning and made it amazing. I’ve never had a bagel from Tim Hortons that made me ever want to leave a review until this meal. Great environment, great atmosphere, amazing workers.

It Tim's. But here is what you need to know. They are fast. This location is really fast. Best in the city for speed. Some are terrible, not this one. They are great.
Oh, for some reason, their sign is off during the night most of the time... nice try staff! We know you are open. Don't let that fool you.

Had an awesome experience with Mary today! Was on my way to have a coffee with my sister so obviously I stopped at Tim Hortons. I was greeted with a very warm welcome and she definitely went out of her way to make my 30 second trip to Tim Hortons a great experience! Thanks Mary!!

So the Timmy's at Wilton Grove completely messed up my one iced coffee with vanilla in it like disgusting so not having the time and not realizing until I'm like down Highbury on my way to work. I stop at the Trafalgar location I go in there with my gross eyes coughing and like Hey, I don't have time and I didn't have time to stop at back at Wilton Grove timmy's, so can you guys fix this, please? The one girl gave me a really hard time over it. Until obviously her supervisor came over and was like. What are you doing if they have the coffee with them? Obviously exchange it because like come on, get it together. So she did, she made it? It were fast and fast, she actually put me and making my ice coffee in front of people that were waiting for their stuff, which is fine, they have enough staff to do that. Oh, she was lovely, and this actually wasn't the first time that this had happened. However, I didn't have such a hard time the first time. But whatever.

This is your typical Tim Hortons, it is however its drive thru is a bit difficult to navigate for larger vehicles.

Door dash from here. I call them after I place my order and ask for honey dipp and birthday cake timbits. They are super good about it. They always do the timbits I ask. Which is why I always order from here. My kids only like honey dipp and birthday cake timbits. Thanks to all the workers who answer the phone and do the timbits for me!

So impressed right now. 5am and I just finished work and I'm craving powdered, jelly-filled donuts like nobody's business. This Tim's doesn't have any made up so, they offer to make a half dz on the spot. Not to mention how friendly they are about it.

I have been coming to this location for years. Barb is an amazing staff that goes out of her way to know her patrons. She calls my son by name and always knows my order and has a big smile on her face no matter how busy they are. I will drive out of my way to come to this time Hortons for the friendly staff and good service. I stop for tea multiple times a day as I am a nurse working in the community. I hope that the owners realize and recognize Barb because she brings so many people back with her warmth and kindness.

Mary is an amazing woman in that place I love seeing her when I go in, with that being said, the people on bagels needs to be retrained or removed cause every time without fail, something is wrong with the order and they take literally 20 minutes to make two wraps. once they got a drink order wrong and insisted it was correct, but the food is constantly something missing or they a long time to prepare the food.

I'm a regular nightshifter. I am ALWAYS greeted with a friendly hello and it's always a pleasure. Tonight,I was STARVING and have worked ALOT ( Pediatric Palliative Care) and Annette took the time to make me a bagel because she knew I was hungry and about to go to work. I'm NEVER disappointed with my visits. Great job Annette!
