I usually book the appointments with the patient access app. I never had any problems and I was always received well.
This is a great GP practice I cannot recommend it enough. I myself have a somewhat complicated medical history and I’ve always been seen and heard by the doctors. I’ve also 2 kids under 2 years of age and I’ve always managed to hve them seen on the day when they were unwell.

It's a great if busy GP. All the Doctors and nursing staff are lovely. The reception team are overworked and can sometimes be a little fierce.. but all work to make this an effective practice. Initial telephone call contact but the Dr invites you in if you need to be seen.

Exceptional service for the past 5 years. The DRs are compassionate, thorough and supportive. I also think the receptionists do a great job. I have always been given an appointment based on how urgent my needs are. They have a demanding role; their efficiency and kindness is very much appreciated.
