Best Pizza in London!. This is my favourite pizza place in London and even after putting it on a pedestal when telling my friends about it, they agree it tastes delish!!<br/><br/>I have ordered from them every couple of weeks for over a year now and always get delivery. Even though they tell me my pizza will arrive in 45 to 60 minutes, it's here in 25 or close to. Even in some of the crazy snow storms that hit London, they arrive in less than the time they anticipate. <br/>The crust is just a little crispy, yet soft and the pizza is almost too hot to eat when it arrives. The wings, although small sometimes and uneven between thighs and wings, very delicious, perfectly cooked and very fresh. All the a great cost and even better walk-in deals!<br/><br/>Some pizza the cheese falls apart and looses it's flavour if you save it for left-overs, throw Richmond Pizza in the toaster oven and you'll think you had just ordered it!<br/><br/>Keep up the awesome work!

Worst Delivery service ever!. Worst delivery service i have ever had, very unprofessional and 45 minutes late. My delivery took a total of 90 minutes for two small pizzas and the manager wasn't in to talk to. The driver finally arrived 45 minutes late (after two calls to restaurant) to a pre-payed purchase, forgot half my drinks and also tried to take the food back after i confronted him about how late he was. I had to yell at him in order to get him to actually leave the food which i had already payed for. When i told him he was missing two drinks he tried to bribe me off with 2 dollars cash and left with a serious attitude. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Raw Chicken Wings and The Torched Pizza. My experience at Richmond Pizza and Cafe should be a warning to anyone who attempts to order from them. I waited an hour and 20 minutes for my food to arrive despite them originally saying it was only going to take 30 minute. They couldn't get the address right despite coming once a week for over a month. The pizza was burnt to such an extent you could see where the onions caught fire and spread to one half of the pizza.. The garlic bread was fridge cold and the wings were not fully cooked. They still had blood ozzing out of them and were almost raw pink on the inside. I've had bad orders like this before from other establishments but they have always attempted to do something to rectify the situation. I called and complained expecting them to deliver another order or give me a refund. This did not happen. The guy I talked to "Karoush" (I think that's what his name was as I could barely understand his extremely thick accent) refused to put a manager on the phone, refused to tell me the owner's name and out right refused to do anything to attempt to make the situation better. All he kept saying was "Next time you place an order we will make sure we fill the order correctly". This has been the worst customer service I have EVER received from ANY establishment and I'll be extremely surprised if this place stays open for much longer. Never order from them and stick to a place where they actually care about the customer and the health laws in Ontario.

Waiting for a bus. March 1, 2013<br/>Decided to go for some pizza before I caught the 20 Cherryhill to Fanshawe.<br/>Was a nice little place. Not very many people eating inside but a lot of delivery orders.<br/><br/>Ordered a slice of Hawaiian (one of my personal favorites everywhere) and a drink. Came to $4.50. Was really surprised at the price so I expected something tiny and terrible.<br/><br/>Next thing I know he handed me a 6th of a extra large pizza that was on display in the cabinet by the cash. Was like "WHOAA!!!".<br/><br/>Sat down to eat it because I had already missed my bus (T-T) but it was totally worth it!<br/><br/>Only thing is I wish they had their own bathrooms.<br/><br/>Pleasant experiences overall! I hope they have delivery zones where I live.

Fresh Pizza. I eat pizza at Richmond Pizza, every two days, having their pizza slice & pop special. The slice is huge, the toppings are generous considering your only paying $3.50. The pizza always tastes fresh, and that's because they make their dough fresh every day, no frozen pizza dough in this place. try it out next time your downtown, or while waiting for a bus at Richmond & Dundas area. I've tried pie at most places, the thing that sets this place apart, is the freshness, you can taste it!
