Hot and ready right? Not at this place. Don't ever trust that they will have a hot and ready - ready. They always say it will be 5 mins then 15 mins later after 3 people after us had come in and got what they wanted right away we got our hot and ready. Place is a joke.

Pizza looked like it was tossed around in the box, Gross place do ot give them business got did not wash his hands before making pizza .

If you want to waste 15 min of your 30 min lunch break on pizza this the place for you. Hot and ready are never ready. Customer service is a joke. Kids are on their phones in the back and then touching pizza...

This location is a joke, the customer service has been 0/10 for a long time. I was there last night and the taller black employee was either high and or stupid. Did not acknowledge me for over 5 minutes, helped a delivery driver that came in after me before taking my order. The owner needs to get a hold of the business, but going though all the reviews clearly they don't want to maximize profits.

Been going to the Bryon location for a few years. Last night we got something a little different. I was shocked at the price. After going back and looking online, I see I was over charged. I went back in and asked why? I was told it's cheaper online. Basically too bad. I will NOT step foot in this place again.
When I got home our pizza was undercooked, cheese was not melted . Our breadsticks were undercooked as well. Next time I will stick to my Pizza Hut and twice the deal, way better pizza for way less the money. And the price is the same, online or in person.

Had to wait for fresh food which isn't the worst thing. The young girl working was excellent, however the manager on duty seemed more interested in the female staff than the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was a large amount of dead bugs in the window sill and the counters were very greasy. The health inspection certificate was dated November 2019, it leaves me wondering if another visit is in order.

Cheese is not melted half the time and it's almost like they don't have hot and readys here. But when they do have hot and readys with the cheese melted? Yum. Pepperoni is great also.

What's the point of having a pickup time if my pizza isn't started until I walk in?
Edited my review from one star to two stars because I eventually received an edible pizza.
The guy making the pizzas was throwing toppings at them like they cheated on him.
The toppings are supposed to be on the whole pizza, my dude. Not just in the middle.
