Review Piero's Pizzeria - London

My friend told me about this place, and it's kind of sad that I didn't know, cuz it's just down the street from my house. It's so delicious, the crust is a mix between thin and a little crunchy, I love it! It's just really good quality pizza you know every ingredient is fresh, you can taste it. When I went in it was super busy, and a bunch of staff members were working, I didn't have to wait that long at all.

Edit: My second order was forgetting items completely while it may not be a big deal as it was a separate order of sauce, we all know how much better it is with it, paying attention to details not on point. Ordered 2 marinara and got 1 creamy garlic. Also, ordered extra sauce which I didn't get - ordered 3 days ago with extra sauce and big difference. Place looks clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Ordered 2 small pizzas with 3 toppings, cheese bread, 2 pops, and dip for $19.99 which is a great deal. The pizzas had plenty of toppings and cheese, and was cooked great. Order was prepared accurately comparing with the estimated times. No complaints.

their pizza was phenomenal in flavour and their regular sauce not too spicey, really great flavour. Ordered online but their tracker isn’t always updating. Told me an hour wait but they were maybe 40 minutes on new years which I thought was great. The delivery fellow was polite.

Pizza, wings, cheese bread Caesar salad all delicious!!! We had no room in our bellys for the cake. Very impressed with the price. Definitely ordering again!!! Pizza delivery person was very friendly. Our order was under an hour.

We discovered this Pizzeria a few months ago and it is, by far, the best pizza we have found in London. Highly recommended not just for the delicious crust and great choices of toppings, but for the friendliness of the staff. The kitchen looks very clean and can be clearly seen from the counter. Offers pizza by the slice as well as full pizzas. Very reasonably priced and great for pick up and delivery.

Simply the best slice in Ontario!... Everytime I visit London I HAVE to go. Great deal...great toppings...great portion. Maybe one day I will be in London long enough to have a whole Pizza! Please don't change!

Ordered on Christmas Eve and the pizza was delivered quickly. It was hot and delicious. We got the deal for two which was amazing value for two medium pizzas, cheesy bread, a dip, and pop. The only pizza we will ever order. Highly recommended.

Going to be honest, was a little hesitant from the reviews, drove by the place earlier today and saw their 2 slices and pop for 4.99 deal so I looked into the place and saw the reviews, but said I’ll try it out. Walked in, service was fast, friendly and easy. Pizzas slices were large, tasty with fresh toppings I really cannot complain for 5 dollars.

Ran in for a quick slice and was VERY impressed. 6 options - I opted for Canadian. Special was two slices with a can of pop and it was enough for two people to have a quick snack/ lunch! I didn’t love the garlic sauce but the pizza made up for it. Great option if you’re having a pint at Storm Stayed and they don’t have food that day.

My boyfriend and I love ordering from here. Delivery can take a little longer sometimes but it’s completely worth it, the pizza is always amazing, the chicken is great. 10/10 recommend!!

Pieros has such a classic feel to it. Although it is a little chaotic when you’re in there on a weekend, it just shows that they work hard to ensure customers get their food asap. Pizza and wings were very good!

Pieros deserves no stars. My experience with pieros was embarrassing and Insulting. A) I ordered 2 LG pizzas with 4 toppings, 6 pops and a dipping sauce. I also, ordered 2 additional sauces. B) Instead, I recieved 2 small pizzas, an some sort of cheese bread. First, pieros calls me asking me all these questions.. While my guests are hungry and thankfully put up with picking this off the pizza. I personally cannot eat mushrooms as I am allergic. So, I was told that pieros was going to send a guy with my original order and shoes up with one LG pizza... Also, proceeds to ask me for the wrong order back and I tell him that my guests have salvaged what they could and the order was compromised . Then this man with one LG pizza (wrong again) rudely calls someone and speaks a different language infront of me for a lengthy amount of time. And then glares at me says this is yours I guess are you happy now..... This is not how business is done. Thankfully, @skipthedishes saved the day and made things right on their end, so if you wish to order from pieros ensure you have a third party involved. Opizza tasted good. Used the Groupon which was nice. Food ready pretty quick. Only complaint is that some of the lettuce in the Cesar salad tasted like the dressing wasn't washed.

Favorite place to grab a slice. 4 bucks taxes in for 2 giant slices and a pop. Best pizzeria style pizza I've ever had. I've never ordered from there just grabbed slices so not sure about the rest

Run..run very fast. Worst in the the city. When I tried to call them back because our order was wrong they kept telling me that I had not ordered from them and kept hanging up on me. Their food sucks

Order took 1.5 HOURS to get there, the pizza was stale, panzarotti had barely any toppings, and potato wedges had to be smothered with cheese to be considered edible. The delivery driver conveniently "didn't have any change" and wouldn't come back with change

This is a regular stop for me. The pizza is delicious and very inexpensive. $3.50 for a gigantic slice and a can of pop? Come on now, that's a cheap lunch!

Poor service and an even worse attitude. Called and placed an order for their 3 medium special at 7:15pm and was told within the hour. Coworker called back at 8:20 to see what was up and was told 5-10 minutes they are on the way. Coworker called again around 8:30 and was blown off by the manager. <br/>Finally at 9:05 the delivery driver showed up and we told them we weren't paying so they called the manager who told us too bad it's full price and that we shouldn't live so far away(it's a 15 minute drive). <br/>Sent the driver away, who I felt bad for since they got screwed, but won't be ordering from them again and will make sure other people at work do the same.

Ordered their pizza for my daughters 5th birthday party for noon. They LITERALLY didn't show. Kept calling, "oh we are on our way" etc etc. Shows after 1pm (party was done at 1pm, and kids are leaving), and wants to give us $7 off the order!!!! I sent home 15 kids WITHOUT lunch due to these d-bags! DON'T ORDER!

I love this place. No, the pizza is not gourmet but nor is it poor. In fact, Piero's pushes out much better pizza than any of the big name competitors and at half the price. $4 for 2 slices and a pop, or $25 for 4 medium pizzas... Delivery guys and onsite employees are always polite and have dealt with mine and my friends' shenanigans on a number of late nights. <br/><br/>Cheers guys

Rude. They have good pizza but I can't take the attitude anymore . I have never in my life experience such horrible service ! I won't be going back ever !

Disappointing. I love this place for their food and prices.... But there are only so many times i can take the attitude and rudeness on the other end of the phone. The man who I just got off the phone with began yelling at me to rush me. If you guys are interested in making money, I strongly suggest you change your attitude toward the people who spend it. As you might have guessed I didn't end up ordering. How dissapointing. If only the customer service matched the product. What a rude man. Every single time I order. I really hope the owner reads these reviews and makes some adjustments. For the sake of the food. Smarten up.

Horrible. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.<br/><br/>I ordered from Piero's quite a few times, for the course of a few months since moving near it. It became my go-to pizza place because of the price and it not tasting like super cheap pizza. I had never experienced the horrible customer service I've read about in many reviews, minus some attitude on the phone like they were always rushed.... but I got my pizza in under 40 mins and didn't worry about it too much.<br/><br/>Yesterday, I decided to treat my team at work for doing such a great job, and ordered 2 mediums at 2:45 in the afternoon, thinking it would be a great time to get pizza quickly. Boy was I wrong. They said they'd have it out to me "as quickly as possible"... After waiting over an hour, I called to ask what was up... they acted confused and said the driver was just leaving. I hesitantly said OK, and proceeded to keep waiting. Another half an hour passes, and still no delivery, no call... nothing. I call the store again, asking what the deal is. I began to get the longest list of sassy excuses from the girl on the end that I've ever heard... "The driver left a while ago... I don't know why he's not there yet... he had multiple orders to deliver and doesn't leave until there's 2 deliveries". I said I've never waited over 90mins for pizza in my life... she told me "I find that hard to believe." I said "Really? That's why 40 mins or it's free pizza places exist? I'm a regular and have never had it take that long with you guys." She told me that they've never had that as a policy there, that they don't have a computer, and only one oven and a guy standing at the phone, that some orders take over 2.5 hours when they are busy, and that they were very busy at 3 in the afternoon, somehow. My jaw hit the floor. I said that makes me hesitant to order from them again... who in their right mind keeps taking orders when they are that backed up, and DOESN'T TELL THE CUSTOMER PLACING THE ORDER THAT IT WILL TAKE HOURS TO GET THEIR PIZZA?!?! She told me that's how it is, and asked what I wanted her to do. I asked her to discount the pizza that still hadn't shown up, or I'd no longer be a customer. She told me she wouldn't discount the pizza. I told her, I guess I won't order from them again... And then the most shocking part: she said "Whatever!" and slammed the phone. The pizza showed up 15mins later, and I sent it back to the store and went elsewhere.<br/><br/>I hope your garbage attitude and complete disregard for proper customer service was worth losing me, and everyone I know as a customer.<br/><br/>Good riddance.

Sure the pizza is OK and at a great price but everyone that works there is rude and doesn't care. I went in for a slice and one guy was in front of me. I asked him if they had said anything to him " be with you in a second" nothing. I will not give my money to people like this.

Usually Great Pizza, not so great service. We've been going to Piero's for years. Usually the pizza is really good, occaisionally it's not. On the phone, the gal taking orders is always great. Picking up the pizzas is a whole different story. They charge us different prices, even though we get the same thing. They come up with new charges, are rude etc. One time we got issued a $2 credit for an over-charge error on their part. When we went to redeem it, the man refused to give us the pop included in the combo. The pizza is usually great, but occasionally they burn it, change regular toppings (out of stock?) like whole black olives or different (cheap) pepperoni. We eventually stopped ordering from them for over a year b/c my husband could not stand the antics picking up and paying for the pizza. We have since gone back and tried again, b/c their pizza was my favourite. Service has been a little better, but not much. Last time we got pizza it was not very good and the bruschetta bread was gross. They got the order wrong as well. We just picked off the topping and ate the rest.

I used to be a regular customer, but not anymore! I ordered pizza from them about 2 weeks ago, and I had no extra cash for a tip, ofcourse I felt really bad, but I really didn't know what else to do! This time, I ordered from them again, and I had exact change, or a 50$ bill, which I know NO pizza man would be able to give change for a 50, so I have him exact change, and told him to hold on while I go look for extra change for his tip, he then swore to me, and shook my pop, then left! I am so done with this pizza store, I have NEVER EVER seen anyone ever do that to a regular customer, or a customer at all! The delivery man should get a new attitude, or Piero's should get a new delivery man! Bottom line, I am no longer a customer. And never will be.

A staple in the city. A place with excellent value and taste when it comes to pizza. Avoid the chicken wings as they are not very good.

Yummy. Arrived hot and delicious despite being a long delivery distance for the city. Crust iwas a nice medium, toppings were flavourful and plentiful. Our new favourite pizza in the city.

Gotten so much better. For starters, I haven't found a cheaper pizza place.l, but the quality is still there. Its not the best but it's in my top five. For $25 you get a medium 3 topping pizza, 3 topping panzerotti and 12 wings and delivery is free. Their customer service used to be crap but in the last year its improved dramatically.

My Fav. Can't go wrong ... bang for the buck ... ooh the slightly burnt cheese is bang on. My fav pizza joint in London.

Owner a jerk. I used to order pieros all the time. The pizza is great but the customer service is the worst. My final straw was when I ordered my regular order the pieros favorite 2medium w/ double cheese. After about an hour waiting I called to inquire about my order and was told he just left. Another half hour goes bye and I call back and was told its on its way were busy tonight. Another hour goes bye with no pizza. I call back and the man said its on its way. I finally said its been 2 and a half hours of waiting please check. I was put on hold and 5 minutes later a man came on and said there was no record of my order and asked when I ordered. I said 2 1/2hrs ago. Was put on hold again. A man then came on the phone and said your order slip fell under the counter ir something along those lines. I was then offered 5$ off my total but the pizza was gonna be another 40minutes as they hadnt started my order yet. I just hung up.

Order was delivered quickly. Pizza was gross. Wings were obviously cooked way ahead of time and soggy. Chicken bites were good. Disappointed. Not sure how anyone can consider this real or good pizza. So far nothing in London can compare to pizza in Windsor.

Wow been going there for years!. I couldn't believe when I called there too place my order , how distracted and rude the women was when taking my order ,first off she didn't say `piero`s so & so speaking all I got was an angry hello then I was placed on hold 4 times ..I ordered a thick crust Hawaiian pizza with chicken bites & nuggets (random I know) ... When I showed up too pick up my order I had too wait 10mins (which didn't bother me) however I could see my order on the oven when letting the man know which order was mine he turned around grab my order off the counter then set it on counter then walked away ..I waited another 3 mins for him too stop packaging another order and let me pay for mine. Unhappy with the service Very much so , then after driving it 5 mins back home I got cold , thin crust ,sloopy Hawaiian pizza , then when I opened my burnt chicken bites they were melted to one the bottom of the Styrofoam container , I did not eat then I throw them out , and the nuggets saggy and gross ...ive been a pieros customer for years , its always been hit and miss with there pizza but the customer service was always good and friendly ..as of tonight I will not be a returning customer , and the other 2 people in the store (in there own words) will also not be returning...

Lies, order issues, and a horrible attitude. I had the same problem as the reviewer on sept 27. We received a wet box of jos louis, and got no explanation from the driver. I posted to Facebook to hopefully bring this to the owners attention and got this reply <br/><br/>"Hi Katie! We ran out of McCain cakes as we were very busy so we gave away a substitute dessert in the meantime. We wouldn't want our customers not to get a dessert with their family meal deals. The desserts are NOT FROZEN. The box was wet because the cakes go out with 6 cans of pops. It's called condensation. In terms of your concern with "expiry date" and "immediate consumption" that's the manufacturers labelling. We're not responsible for that. If that's a concern for you, you should voice it to the manufacturer. But you can be sure we only bought these this week as we ran out of our regular McCain cakes."<br/><br/>The condescension, the excuses, and now I know lies as well (thanks to the other reviewer) are all too much. I don't care about the quality, no one wants to pay for a headache.

Worst take-out of the year. I had ordered a panzerotti for myself last week from these guys for the first time and even though it was twice as expensive as the flyer claimed (for which the guy taking my order had no excuse), it was large, tasty, and hot. So as a Friday night treat I got food from them for the whole family. Never again from these jerks.<br/><br/>While I was looking up the restaurant the first time I had come across a review which stated that they inflate/lie about their prices. So when my $7.99 panzerotti came out to $16 I was not completely surprised. Today however, after ordering the $27.99 family meal, I was shocked to be told that the cost would be $37. And again, the person on the other end of the phone had no answers for me.<br/><br/>That might have been something I could have gotten over, perhaps forgotten, but they couldn’t stop at that.<br/><br/>The delivery finally arrived after an hour, and the first thing he handed me was a “Not for Resale” 6-pack box of Joe Louis. The gentleman had no clue what I was talking about when I asked about the McCain Cake advertised as part of the meal, and seemed to know even less when I pulled out the flyer to show him the words. Fine. I paid him and tried to move on... then I opened the wings. At this point I had to call them.<br/><br/>The first kid I spoke to did not care in the least that I was not given a McCain cake; a nonchalant “oh yea, it’s been like that for a while”. So I pressed him about the BBQ wings when I clearly ordered honey garlic, and again I got an unconcerned brush-off that it was just fine because the sauce was on the side. When I tried to explain that honey garlic wings are not BBQ wings with honey garlic sauce poured on them he ask me to hold, and without any attempt to be professional, asked his colleague “here, can you deal with this guy”, right in my ear.<br/><br/>This girl who picked up was even less bothered that I took issue with my received order. However, she did explain how they cheated me out of $9. The fine print says “*Free delivery not valid with this special”, and apparently “this” special was supposed to be divined by all who read it. In addition to the hidden delivery fee (a number which is not listed anywhere on the menu), apparently they add a $2 fee (again not listed) because the 6 km distance to my house is outside their citywide zone. So this “pick-up only” special, which is not listed as a pickup only special ONLY can come with BBQ wings, cannot come with a McCain cake, and even though you are paying through the nose for delivery, will arrive cold an hour after you order.<br/><br/>I was not surprised to find the first review of this place I read to describe everyone there as arrogant and entitled... I suggest you never order from this terrible excuse for a restaurant. I can’t believe I paid these people good money to send me whatever they pleased, and then to scoff at the idea that I would object to it.

Pieros has by far the best slice deal and te walk in special with thick crust and fresh garlic is what my family live on !!!!!<br/>Can't beat this place

BEST WINGS IN TOWN. Have a craving for wings? Nice and big with just the right amount of sauce? Then give Piero's a call. Their wings are cooked to perfection and are CHEAP for the quality and quantity. The hot sauce they come with for dipping is nice too, although their elery sticks are lacking but who orders wings for the celery sticks?<br/>To complete a great meal order their great cheese bread -- soft, doughy, and goes great with beer.<br/>Piero's value and quality is in their pizza too which has not yet disappointed us.<br/>You can usually tell the quality of food by how busy a place is and trust me, there are always customers at Pieros!<br/>Give it a try -- the big chains can't compete!

Give theese wheels a spin. Pieros is really good pizza. sure sometimes they are a little rude. and they have mixed up my order a couple times. but really 95% of the time they are friendly and on point. must be hard running a pizza place so i can forgive them cause the pizza is real good. and its also the cheapest which is rare. im not trying to make friends i just want pizza. and peiros is seriously the best pizza you can get for your money.

RIPPED OFF. What out for this pizzeria. This used to be the only place i ordered from in london. I had the worst experience this weekend. The delivery guy couldnt fine my address and had to call me twice and couldnt understand m and argued with me telling me i didnt live where i said. I had to call pieros only to have the employee be rude to ME after waiting an hour for my pizza. It was cold and i shouldnt have had to pay. I also found a hard piece of what looked like a bone or piece of tooth..not kidding lol. It was sharp whatever it was. Will never order from there again i had to throw most of it out. What a waste!

Best pizza place in London. One tip though, don't go in with a dopey look on your face, because they won't be very nice to you. If you go or call in, order exactly what you want, and don't mess about, everything will perfect.

Worst service ever. They get the order wrong, forgot to deliver the right one...when they finally do, its ice coldand disg.usting -- offered us 1/2 price for the next order and then didn't honor the discount next time we tried to order. Will never get pizza here again!

OMG Good!. This pizza is to die for. Demand is high, order on Friday before 5 or it will take 90 minutes to arrive. Or, pick it up and you can plan to stand in line 20 minutes. Plan for the wait is the key.... I order at 4:30 or before 5 for 6 pm dinner on Fridays. The pizza crust is soft, tomato sauce not sweet, nor too powerful, tons of cheese and if you like spice, the pepperoni and sausage is spicy. The meal deals are good, and prices are better than most. Pizza is filling, not like at other pizza franchises. Like the 2 can dine medium pizzas for 2 kids and 2 adults for mid $20's and leftovers. The other deal is about the same cost, but will give you pop and a vachon cake for 2 smalls...also doable.... The wings here are meaty and fantastic, very true.....

BEST PIZZA OUTSIDE OF ITALY. Most delicious pizza I've ever tasted...even better than ones I've had in Florence and Venice! Prices are super low and they have great specials all the time. Piero's Favourites and 2 Can Dine are my faves! No idea what that guy is talking about "suspiciously low grade toppings and service"...all the veggie toppings are fresh, they chop them there themselves...and considering how busy the place is I don't think any toppings (meat or veggie) or any slices are there very long. The pizzas are full of toppings and cheese, not stingy with toppings at all. The wings are amazing and made in the store from scratch daily (I've seen it done!). If you're there in the afternoons the staff are friendly and funny but don't bother them when it's busy lunch or dinner times cause you will get the "pizza nazi"! I'd rather put up with the longer delivery times than eat cardboard pizza from pizza pizza or some other places. Cheesy bread is sooooo goood!!!

AMAZING!!!. Delicious! I don't know what other people are saying, most likely fake reviews from competition? Piero's is one of the best pizzas I've had, and I'm a pizza lover! Ordered the family meal, came with cheesy bread and wings!! Wings are amazing, pizza is full of toppings and cheese. They're busy as hell, so that says something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIEROS!!

The Meal Deal comes with 2 large pizzas (3 toppings each), 12 chicken wings, a loaf of cheesy bread, a medium Caesar salad, and a McCain Cake. When the girl said the order would take an hour until delivery, I understood, it is a Friday night, they are probably busy, that’s fine. <br/><br/>When 6:30 comes around I finally call to see what's going on and when I should be expecting my dinner. The guy that answered apparently gets a hold of the delivery boy and tells me that he should be there in 5 minutes. Okay, I can deal with that.<br/>7:10 comes around, It's been over 2 hours since I ordered, this is ridiculous. I could have gotten in my car, went to the grocery store, bought the ingredients, come home and cooked a pizza in that time. I called again looking for a reduction for the bill to ease my displeasure. I was offered a whole 5$.<br/><br/>Finally, at 7:25, dinner shows up. The delivery boy makes me call his manager for him with my phone so I can have the 5$ reduction applied to my bill, adding yet another inconvenience. (Wait, so when I called the store at 6:30 and the clerk talked to the delivery boy, how did the delivery boy talk to him if he didn’t have a phone?)<br/>I will admit that the pizza was good, but not worth the 2 and a half hour delivery time, and sadly the only decent part of the whole meal. <br/><br/>I ordered the chicken wings as honey garlic. When I got them, they were Barbeque and came with a side of honey garlic dipping sauce. Now I don’t know if you have been anywhere else for wings Piero's but when you order wings with a particular flavor, at most establishments they come that way, not as another flavor with yours on the side. Also if you're going to bother offering celery sticks, don't insult me by delivering them in plastic wrap.<br/><br/>The cheesy loaf was the thickest mass of tasteless pizza dough covered in lack-luster cheese that I have ever had the misfortune of consuming.<br/><br/>My dealings with this company was nothing but a never-ending evening of disappointments. I assure you I will never order pizza from this establishment again and will tell every person that I come across from now until eternity how gut-wrenchingly terrible their service and food quality is.

Worst service ever. Called for pick up and was told it would be 25 minutes. I showed up and stood in line to advise them I was there. Once there I was told it would be another 10 minutes (time required to make it and put it through the oven) waited and still nothing. Orders after me out through and I started to complain now at 45 minutes of total wait time. Order was put through and noted that the wings were on a deep dish pan on the ground and placed through the oven. I was offered 4 pops for my wait which was now 55 minutes. I declined the drinks and requested a change in price. I wasn't given any discount so I walked away and purchased some hot n ready's. never again will I buy pizza from piero's.

A Slice of Life .... Best priced slices in the city; you cannot get a better deal on 2 slices and a Pop anywhere in the city. I do not recommend ordering a whole pizza UNLESS you go to pick it up. However, the slice deal works out better as you can get a diversity of slices for different people, and come out ahead for price. Place is usually busy, so staff are courteous but quick, but don't have time for chit-chat. If you go at a slower time, they are very friendly and funny. Grab a slice and enjoy!

Disapointed with service. I ordered the 2for1 with 4 toppings and 6 pops. According to my calculations the pizza and pop should have been one price but upon delivery it was even different than I was told on the phone. Three different calculations for one order? Hmmm. When I called about it I was told that they now charge (the difference)$1.65 for delivery to my area. Last time we ordered we only got 5 pops. Talk about being nickle and dimed. It all adds up in favour of the company. <br/>Tomorrow I will call the franchise to inquire about company policy. I'm sure they'll want to know what is going on with their namesake.<br/>On a positive note, delivery was super quick and the pizza was as always-terrific even if the staff were unfriendly.

Horrible service all around. Ordered a single pepperoni pizza for delivery and it took over an hour and a half to arrive. I was quoted 45-60 minutes for delivery, then called to complain after 75 minutes to the manager who told me "He's on his way, will be there soon." and immediately hung up on me. I called back demanding a discount and he refused, again hanging up. 15 minutes later when the delivery guy finally shows up and I refuse to accept the delivery, he won't leave my porch and rings the doorbell until I finally paid him to go away. Will never order again, considering filing a harassment complaint with the BBB. <br/><br/>Pizza tasted fine, except it was cold by the time it finally arrived.

Meh. Horrible service from the delivery guy. He was impatient and rude.<br/><br/>Pizza had a great taste, however was somewhat soggy.<br/><br/>Prices are great. Will probably order again.

Best pizza in London. I get their slices all the time, sooo good and cheap! Not too much sauce, nice and greasy and I've always had good service, not sure what everyone else is talking about....perhaps they are the competition? Seriously, 2 huge delicious slices and a pop for $4?? amazing!

Pieros is good and cheap for what you get, but service is like the soup nazi from Seinfeld. If you're not fast, they will show that they're pissed. Still too cheap to pass up

Terrible Service. We were having a get together, and we ordered 8 pizzas from Piero's to be delivered. After receiving them we realized 4 of the 8 were completely wrong and when we called to get the pizzas we ordered they said it wasn't their problem. We continued to tell them we wanted our 4 pizzas that they had messed up. Their solution was giving us one free pizza at a later time. This is unacceptable, we continued to tell them this and they sent two pizzas to us an hour and a half later but asked for the 4 pizzas that they had messed up back. So we never received our 4 pizzas and got 2 that we also didn't want. They were beyond rude and not helpful. They have certainly lost our business.

Incredible.. I have odered from piero's regularily for over 2 years now and it is always the best. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about, but I have never been quoted anything other than 1 hour for delivery, which is a while, but it usually shows up in 30-40 minutes. The prices are fair and the pizza os top notch! The sauce is the best and I don't get pizza from anywherw else,

Lost a loyal customer. We order from here at least once every two weeks but usually do pickup... Tonight we decided on delivery because we had been running around all day... <br/><br/>While ordering they had our phone number, our buzzer number and of course our apartment number and were told it would be 25 minutes at the most...<br/><br/>40 minutes later we call to see where it is and the person said they were getting into the car as we spoke<br/><br/>another 30 minutes later (which is litterally less than a 5 minute drive) we call to cancel... We were then told that buddy has been trying to get a hold of us and can't (with our buzzer code and cell phone number)<br/><br/>My boyfriend goes outside, and he's been wondering around with our pizza for almost half an hour in the hallways but couldn't find our apartment (with the apartment number)<br/><br/>The pizza is cold but he's here we'll take it, but the driver has no change <br/><br/>At that point it's done... We call the store again and get an "I guess we're sorry"<br/><br/>It sucks to have such a terrible experience with a place we love, but enough is enough

Reasonable for take out.. Avoid the slices, they're old and gross. I find the pizza sauce to be overly salty, but the crust is refreshingly crisp. Not exceptional, but not a bad choice at a fair price.

Sucks. My husband went to pick up our order which they lost and has been standing there for half hour with our son and they're not even giving us a discount. I read that their service has been bad to some people and I can now see how possible this is. They are not getting a tip, we'll consider that our discount. We've been long time customers and it ends today. Any suggestions? Cause we love pizza and wings!!!

Our food showed up 2.5 hours late then the debit machine wouldn't work. Called the manager with the delivery driver at the door, only to be yelled at and asked to walk to a variety store to get cash.<br/><br/>Had to reheat food before eating it, and they sent the driver back with a new debit machine for us to pay FULL PRICE, for later/cold food and being yelled at by the manager.<br/><br/>Will never order from there again.

There can be no negatives about this place!!!! Pizza amazing....wings so great....and garlic bread....to die for!!!!! Only people who don't know good pizza had any negative here....

AWESOME !!!!!. Piero's makes some of the best pizza I have ever had ... a friend of mine said he wants a Piero's in his kitchen at home. I live three hours away and would drive that far for this pizza alone. If you live in London ... LUCKY YOU ... GO TO PIERO'S for the pizza!!!

Great place to eat... Lunch special is a great price. Beats going to McDonald etc.. And spending $11.00 for a meal

WTF????. They messed up my order, driver called the owner, owner said he would fix it and send it out proper item, they didn't, I called and he said he didn't say he would send it out, I paid for it and didn't receive it, the owner is a LIAR!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Then to top it off the food was GROSS!!!!! Will NEVER order from here again and I am telling everybody I know not to as well. I have ordered from them before and the same thing happened, thought I would give them another chance, bad choice.

Dissapointing... After checking out the high review rating here, I decided to try it out.. can't believe this place has %89 after trying it. <br/>My opinion is not just my own, about 5 of us ordered together, and we are all disappointed. We have tried MANY places, so we have a good feel for whats good, and this is not one of those few. The pizza overall just didn't have much flavor. The most disappointing aspect of the pizza was the crust, almost chewy and not fresh tasting. The toppings were good... overall a sub-par pizza.<br/>One thing that was very good was the wings surprisingly. Nice big pieces, very fresh and sauce was awesome... the place should be called 'Piero's Wings' not pizza... another disappointing thing was the veggies that came with the wings were not fresh, dry and a little wilted. Will never order there again even with the solid wings..

My fav. The "soup nazi" of London pizza places...awesome pizza, good wings and terrible service...better know what you want when you call in or get to the counter...my wife won't even order anymore...she sends me!!!

Good Food, Good Price, Terrible Service. The food tastes great although for 3 times in a row they havn't put italian sausage on it its great because its cheap but I have never had my pizza delivered in under an hour. I will still order from there but dont expect to be eating soon when you give them a call. Maybe call right after lunch and you should be eating right around dinner time.
