Review Kubby's Draft Bar & Grill - London

Went there with about 20 people. Was waited on in a timely fashion. Food staff and environment was amazing. When we have a get together again in London. That will be our choice again. Thanks @ozzie. 6-stars pal!

This place is a hidden gem. There is a good variety of drinks and the menu is small but it has great quality. Would definitely visit again.

First time coming to a local pub and WOW! Everyone here, from the waiters to the regulars are welcoming and friendly. The food...AMAZING! I ordered the shrimp cargot and it was delicious- extra cheesy and garlic bread was addictive. Also for a small business Kubby's has a variety of drafts, cocktails and liquors at a cheap price. Definitely coming here again!

Called 15 minutes before arriving with 15 people and the server (who seemed to be the only one working) was perfectly able to accommodate us last minute, along with all the other patrons. Food came out well timed for such a big party and having only one chef in the kitchen. Wings were great! And one lucky couple got engaged!

I'm really enjoying the Saturday night karaoke. Dj is awesome. Staff is friendly. I haven't tried their food yet. Very ample parking. Patrons are a great collection of people that made me feel welcome.

Clean and tidy nice decor. First time in. Menu was large and normal pub style. Average price. In on a Thursday night got chicken fingers and fries. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I asked about entertainment she filled me in nicely. The food was good and was good portion, made to order. Id definitely go back.

first off all the price shouldnt be only thing you look at. guy makes killer burgers. beers are cheap but u dont wanna stay and get drunk all nite $$$ lol. mostly good crowd not too busy. sometimes local guys get kinda in ur business but i dont mind its simple place for wings and beer. dont take ur woman for a special date lol. servicers nice but sometimes kinda dont wanna be there. its fine u get lots for the money and burger is good keep it up.

Overall not a bad little hide out small cozy definitely a place where you could become a regular easily. Smelled a bit like a old brewery but to be expected good price on drinks, food was good big portions decent bar food decent price. No pool table which would be nice to have but they take up space so I can see why there isn't one, however, there is a golf game but unless your lucky to catch it not in use then don't count on playing match's take a while. Big projector screen for the big game. Worth checking out one evening for a drink or two. Cheers 🤗

Great food and atmosphere! However children should not be allowed after 10 pm and I found it a little unsettling that they were not home and in bed. Children as little as 2 running around without supervision

Kubby's is my family's warm place to fall. It's a bar and grill restaurant and in at least 10 plus years now we have never had a meal that wasn't delicious. Everything!! The "Shrimp Cargo" is one of our greatest hits. It's fantastic!! Spaghetti & Meatballs to die for. Nachos so good. Service is friendly and so on task. Love the servers. Even when there's a skeleton crew the customers are never rushed. It's the first place that we all gravitate to whether one is in everyday wear or a suit. When my dad passed away Kubby's was where we went for lunch after because that's where everyone wanted to go -- all 9 of us. We were treated royally with smiles all around. We absolutely LOVE Kubby's. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, during this awful COVID, please do not let this perfect little gem close. Our family would be Devestated!!! Also, the alcohol beverages list is plentiful and my favourite, red wine, is always served chilled and I love that. Keep up your great job Kubby's. Our family loves you!!!!!

My wife and I have been coming here not too often for many years and we have enjoyed karaoke and the panzarottis. This evening I decided to have a rum and coke at the bar and chatted with the owner who was friendly.

You can tell this is a local establishment where everyone knows one another - great to see community come together. Food was decent and service good.

I love their burgers, and I hear their panzerotis are good too. A very nice chill out spot on commissioners. They have live music at times. The owner and the waitresses are wonderful people. I miss going there after work.

Great times. I have been going to Kubby"s for years and make new friends daily as well i enjoy my old friends! Good conversation!!Paul the cook is great,pretty much cook you what ever you want Mexican his specialty! Panzerotti are fabulous! Friday nite scarioki lots of fun not so serious the odd really good band! Saturdays and what ever sport you like it's up on the telly"" Great atmosphere, Fun times, nice people!!! After reading various reviews, I was a little hesitant about going to Kubbys but I was very impressed with the place! Excellent, fast and friendly service and the food was amazing! Excellent food prices and a fun atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!

Worst bar ive ever been in. Find another bar to watch the game at. trust me this bar has over priced, garbage beer & the bar is always filled with disgusting people with terrible attitudes. it is not a comfortable bar to hangout with friends

Rudest staff I've ever seen!. In a way I feel bad writing this review because it hurts a local establishment in my neighbourhood. That being said the way that we were treated at Kubby's last night deserves to be reviewed negatively. I live in the area just a block away from Kubby's. We had been working on building a shed all day and decided to go to Kubby's for pints and some food. When we walked in the atmosphere was immediately hostile. I said hi to the bartender and received a dirty look. We seated ourselves on the patio where there were already a few fairly drunk individuals out there. After a few minutes the bartender came out and asked us "have you been drinking somewhere else?" which we weren't. It seemed odd and we asked if there was a problem and she responded by saying "I was just told to ask " and then takes our order. When she came back with the pitcher it was just slammed on the table and the bartender just stormed off without any words. Obviously we were not welcome regardless of the fact that we did absolutely nothing to deserve this treatment. The entire time we were receiving cold stares from inside so we hurried up and drank the beer with the intent of getting out of there ASAP. When she came back we asked for the bill and paid our $17 for the beer. When I said thanks she just walked away and as she opened the door to go back in gave a very sarcastic "oh you're welcome" and that was that. I've never had such poor service in my life. The attitude was that we were there to make trouble but the irony was that the only one making problems was the staff with their rudeness and unjustified attitude. I'd like to offer a review on the food but given that we were never offered a menu that's not possible. It's too bad because I would like to support the neighbourhood establishment. My wife's step brother plays music there from time to time and we've enjoyed those nights previously. To be fair in the past we had received better service from some of the other staff. Not sure what the problem was last night but I'll never be back and I am actively sharing my experience with others who should consider spending their money elsewhere if they want to avoid this kind of treatment.

While the regulars are colourful, the beer is cold and the food is hot! Service is friendly as well. It's pub style food and tasty and what you expect. The potato skins are really tastey. And you can get a pint of beer for less than $5!
