My experience has always been excellent and super friendly service done right. I grew up near an old style A&W drive in and my fondness has never waned. I was a picky eater and the staff at the childhood location always indulged me. Fast forward many decades and I still enjoy the burger 🍔 and Root B
Had a Mama burger for a change. It was great. Staff were very friendly which added to the great food experience.
Anytime I have went it's been quite thiers tables to sit at or the patio food is hot and good thiers washrooms nice place for kids ♥️ 👍 😀
Always delicious. The people are nice too. Docking a star because the apple pies are always cold.
This location is located in the Masonville Mall food court but that doesn't make the quality or service ( it's actually a little faster ) any less inferior than a regular brick & mortar location. The burgers & fries are always cooked fresh to order and are nice and hot !!! Way better than a McDonald
Wish they would grt rid of the homeless people thst pretty much live inside this restaurant

A&W is Thee Best, Still the Greatest Burgers,,Onion Rings, Fries and the Root Beer, well i've been Enjoying A&W Root Beer since i was a Lad. The Staff here are Friendly and Always smiling and Genuinely Happy :)
Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Simple fast food. Occasional wait for Beyond meat burger. Custom toppings are reliably given. Ask for onion rings well done.
This location was great. Fast, friendly, and professional. The crew I bumped into was meshing very well, burgers being made, and orders being packed.
There was lot one person that seemed to be less than happy being there.
