The only thing that "lost" this location stars is the fact that I wanted the smallest size of sub. I am on a Dr prescribed diet. If I had to eat the full 6" I may end up in the hospital. The employee seemed to be making fun of the fact that I wanted the truly most small sandwich possible. I felt ridiculed for the simple fact that I medically need a small serving.

Very friendly staff. Tried very hard to be helpful. I was unfamiliar with the menu and discovered that I could order the same meals on flatbread (as a wrap) as I could on the subway buns. Was a bit disappointed to find out that there is more salt in Turkey than chicken and ham because I am trying to limit sodium intake but that's not an issue for staff, that's a me issue trying to learn about their menu. Regardless, would certainly go back and will to try the chicken and at some point the ham Sit down is nice for a group of four or less. I don't think they had coffee and don't care for soft drinks. I believe they had milk which is also great.

Not all Subways are equal. May have had 100s of Subways through the years, but not are equal. This particular branch is simply the best I have ever had. I t is consistently at the very top in terms of quality, freshness and service. Be it in the morning for breakfast or at 11pm, they serve only with the freshest of ingredients. It was a great experience with my mobile order being ready almost my walked in. But the fullest excellent it was nothing more than I can ask for a really. I couldn't ask for better. Great job Subway for doing a Subway job lol keep up the great work

I have been to other Subway locations in London, Ontario; from my experience, this one is the BEST! This location is always clean, the staff are friendly, and fast.....I never have to wait for a long time. The best part is that they ALWAYS make my sub exactly as I've tried to communicate my individual preferences. I will drive by other locations (as I just did tonight) to get "my sub, my way." Yup, truly SUBWAY. Sonia made my sub tonight; and tonight, I overheard another customer compliment Pearl on the fact that his subs were made perfectly. He said, "You know, it might seem like a small thing, but that was made perfectly." I disagree. It's not a small thing. It's great customer service. So, I needed to mention that my sub was made perfectly by Sonia. Since neither knows most patrons personally, that would mean that they're both actively listening, and communicating with you to get your order right. Job well done Sonia and Pearl! I will return.

Smaller store so you don't have to walk 5 miles to get milk and bread. Lots of staff available for help/assistance. Excellent product choices.

Service was good, we weren't able to eat in due to covid, so we enjoyed our sandwich in the car. Miss the honey oat bread, so sandwich was not as tasty as I remembered it.
