Great Tim Hortons, line is usually long but that’s what you expect downtown. Staff is always on the ball with the orders and accuracy of the orders, come here everyday during my lunch and have never been disappointed!

Recently I had a problem with my order, normally I don't say anything but this time I sent a complaint to head office. They messaged me back within the hour and the store manager called me that same day. They replaced my order and even offered some donuts as well. Thank you!!
When I walked in there was around 25 people in line. I did not have to wait even 10 minutes. The speed of service at this location never fails to amaze me. Gale and her team rock it everyday! Favourite location in London, ON!!
Best tim hortons I have ever been hands down. The staff are great. Helpful, nice, and fast! I even felt my tea and donut cost less compare to other branches. It is probably just a delusion :))

My tea and sandwich was great but ordered new cinnamon custard thing for a buck..size of a 2 bite brownie and a drop of custard. 2 for a buck is good..one for a buck is a rip off.
Very fast service in rush hour! Line will be packed to the end of the restaurant and they'll be done everyone's order in 15minutes! Some of the workers are rude tho
Any Tim Hortons Coffee Shops are worth a visit. Who knows who you might meet there. I have been a Timmy's fan ever since they opened in Toronto 28 years ago and now a daily visitor to Tim Hortons in London, Ontario.
Fast and efficient. There is almost always a line at this Tim Hortons. Still the staff keep it moving and you can get in and out in a couple minutes.
Best people! Quick service and the kind lady gave me a free coffee! What a great start to the day! ❤
This place gets very busy in the morning and at lunch, so prepare to wait. Otherwise, it's not unlike any other store, besides the fact that it's indoors, so there's no drive through.
