I have been going here since 2011. I am a lover of all things poutine and have tried many over time and gin different parts of the world. New York Fries is by far THE BEST poutine I have had EVER!!!! Thank you for satisfying my poutine cravings in the most delicious ways possible :)

Staff yesterday super knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contamination. This says to me that there has been some serious training on the part of the owners and I really appreciate that! The two young employees were also very upbeat and friendly. I highly recommend this location! Keep up
The girl made a small mistake on my order when it was made and put tomatoes on my fries when I asked for no tomatoes, not a huge deal, but I brought them back because I can't eat tomatoes hoping they could correct my order.

We dined last weekend at this place; Staff is really nice and friendly; it just took a few mins to get order, fast service, and food was great too. The toppings/ vegetables were fresh and the fries were awesome; they did not have any hot sauce or spicy mayonnaise or did not offer any of that.

quality of the fries can be hit or miss - they can be over/under cooked or i have had some fries be cold before too. but when they are good they are really good so I still like to roll the dice every once and awhile.
