The morning staff at this location are so kind! The past few times I've visited this location my order was ready when I got to the drive thru window & they were accurate - which you don't see much of these days. Sometimes they don't have an item I'd like, but other than that I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons if you're in a rush & want fast, friendly service!
It was really busy this morning in the drive thru, and I was almost late for work (not blaming Tims, I was once a fast food worker myself) but I understood. All I ordered was a cheese croissant. I finally got out of the drive thru and got to work to eat my food, and I saw a nice note stating "Sorry for the wait :)" and there were 5 timbits in the bag. I thought this was a nice gesture, as they do not HAVE to do this. Great service even though today was a busy day for them. Thanks Tims for making my day!
went to drive through last night and had a bad experience and this was second time actually, whoever was working was really rude and didnt have any etiquette, need to train the staff to better better customer service.
I go to this Tim Hortons every morning first off all I will say staff is nomrally very happy gives awesome service, however lately they pass me an ice capp with stuff running down the side or all over the top the first few times it was maybe just a mistake, but it keeps happening I started asking for them to clean it before Passing it to me, as it makes mess in car and on me. the girls at the window give the rudest looks and will.not say another.word to me they just pass it back and close window to me extremly disrespectful. If the manager (typically wears blue shirt) makes or passes ice capp its always clean, every time, maybe im being to picky but to me is a simple task to do. I have actually had them pass it to me and they had ice capp on there hand they have wiped there hand off and passed it to me with ice capp all over. I have also compalained via email and no response I may just find new location.
Line moves pretty fast orders are usually at the window when I arrive and with polite service
It's a Tim hortons, a Canadian institution that still doesn't understand how to brew good coffee or provide decent food.
Great place.. Convenient.. Only thing is it's a little annoying when u got at night like have around 7 or 8 and they have no food available.. No sandwiches nothing..
Speedy service most of the time (especially in the morning!) Friendly staff that work very hard! Thabk you for being frontline workers and being here for everyone ❤
Food orders are all right coffee is nice and fast through the drive-thru
Small combined with On The Run store & Pioneer gas station. No free WiFi or dining area. Has a drive thru though.
