Tried Mr.Sub for the first time at this location and was extremely happy with the service and the quality of food. Abdul and Sabi made sure the subs were just PERFECT!! 11/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The lady behind the counter was awesome. She put on new gloves, and went to the back to get a different knife to use on my husband's gluten free bun. She also went to the back to check what sauces are gluten free. To my susprise most of them are. I had the spicy chicken. It was spicy but not too spicy. The washroom was clean. I appreciate that. Thanks for the good service.

Truthfully this is the best Mr. sub I’ve ever had. All the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel so welcome within their establishment. If I have any special requests I don’t feel as if I’m burdening them. The produce is always fresh and the bread is always hot coming out of the oven. The store itself was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. It's clear that they take great pride in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for their customers. The owner's knowledge and expertise were apparent as he took the time to understand my needs and provide me with tailored solutions. He went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store with a smile on my face and complete satisfaction with the service I received. I highly recommend Mr.sub on Adelaide The owner's commitment to excellence and the overall experience left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely be returning for any future. Overall good experience the gentleman behind the counter didn't listen very well and he didn't explain what kind of protein was on a sub very well that being said he was nice he was not rude when I pointed it out and asked him to fix it overall a decent experience he was a little short could have been a little like more personable but again you don't have to be personable to give good service the food was good parking was easy it's kind of inconvenient to get into it but once you're there parking spot with the way he was very placid it wasn't very inviting that's why I gave the atmosphere three stars overall if you want that classic mr. Sub sandwich you grew up on this is the place to go

The girls that work here are soo fabulous. They don't cheap out on any toppings, they take instructions INCREDIBLY well and are super friendly. You can see they care very much about providing the best service to their customers. The bread is always fresh and so is the produce. Their customer service is also by far the best in all of London and surrounding towns IMO. Great location!!

I've been going to this location for many years, as it was the closest to my home. Recently we moved, and there is another Mr. Sub closer to us. However, we still make the drive to this location. The staff is awesome and they make fantastic subs....I'll be a customer for life, for those reasons.

Some guy walked in. He looked like he was in rough shape. He asked the staff if they had 3$ For bus fare. The ladies that were working, said no problem, they gave him change out of there tip jar. This was such a generous act from them. I would highly recommend the subs too.

Delicious healthy well prepared subs. Owner, daughter and all other staff there are kind, clean, and ensure that you get the best quality. Restaurant is always clean. They have a brand new sign out front that really adds to the curb appeal. They have great prices every day. Consider stoping here for lunch! You won't be disappointed.

My first visit to a Mr. Sub...ever! Very good. Nice staff, tasty meal. I liked the grilling over the toasting method (lookin at you Subway). Veggies were fresh and flavourful. Only downside was that the Chipotle sauce was not as spicy or flavourful as Subway's version, though I'll definitely return to try the other sauces.

I've always liked Mr. Sub so can't say to many bad things about it. This shop is the closest to me so of course it's the one I go to. Everytime I've gone there's an older man who has made my sub. He's very polite friendly and always has a smile. I've never asked but believe he's the owner Mr. Sub has been around for for quite some time an will be for awhile I'm sure. Its up to your personal taste which chain you like, I happen to like Mr. Sub...
