This was our families first time coming. The desserts were delicious,the service was excellent. The servers were so polite and very prompt and cheerful. The prices were pretty good. It could've been a little bit cleaner. But overall the experience was very pleasurable. We will definitely tell our friends and family and definitely be back!

This is my first time here, my brother was in town and I had suggested going as I wanted to go I loved it despite the weather being rainy and stuffy.
I got a caramel coffee, rockslide brownie, ceasers wrap and the carrot cheese cake.
Now I'm not sure if it was because it's boxing day but my total went from 31 to 28 and although it's not that big of a drop I still saved abit of money. Me personally although pricey it's definitely worth it everyone was super nice and the atmosphere was a great place to just relax in though I'm still abit confused about why they put the bathroom key on a clothing hanger over all I will be returning. The food was delicious and the staff were incredible.
Only thing I will mention is that even though it's cozy it is kinda dark especially for me, my eyesight isn't that good and I can't see very far so trying to read the menu in a dark space was abit of a challenge but my review is a good one and should be the embodiment of this café so basically just ignore all the rest, get your money's worth of good food and have a good day.

This is a nice little coffee shop in Dundas Street in London Ontario. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere with a nice patio out front. The staff member was pleasant and inviting. I had a bagel breakfast sandwich with a salted caramel latte. Both were great! I will definitely return. ☺️👍

Perfect for the morning pick me up. Food was soo yummy and the coffee is really good. They have all sorts of goodies such as cheese cake, scones and muffins in the front I may just come back for lunch

Delicious quick food and a great price! (But their coffee is terrible- TBH) And the hours! Open all day 7-10! Always good food available. Soup closes down at 7pm. Changes daily.

The power up breakfast bagel 🥯 is my fave! With provolone or cheddar, egg, tomato and avocado on an asiago bagel. This summer they have ice tea: not too sweet; just right! Stone fruit 🍑 or pineapple 🍍 watermelon 🍉
The only question is to panini or not to panini...

Best customer service experience! Everything is fresh and the employees are very friendly! It also has a reasonable prices. And great variety of coffee and tea. They have special beverage as well and less expensive than Starbucks.
On the other hand the deserts are good but I little bit expensive..overall is good! I would definitely come back to this place! One of the best coffee shops in downtown London

Visited London to see friends and family. We ended the night here to just relax and talk. Had an amazing coffee and my girl had the hot chocolate. Atmosphere is nice and the area is clean. The location has many beggars and homeless people so they issue out keys on a clothing hanger to use the washroom. We sat at the fireplace, eight of us, for about two hours and had no issue. Thank you for your hospitality.

Just terrible customer service. Went in this morning and asked for a simple modification and the cashier would not even entertain the idea even though I have got it done there before. Did not ask if I wanted milk (and I did) and did not provide me with sugar. Gave it with an attitude when I asked, without providing me with a stirring stick. I hope for his sake that Kyle is new. I will not be back (something which I told him and he did not seem to care about). Hope the establishment reads these reviews.

Food is fine, not bad but a bit pricey for what they give. Nice ambience though and staff was friendly too. The cake was very sweet, so having it with a drink is a bad idea. I would like to try their sandwiches next time

Unlike review of Feb the franchise has new ownership. Lighting has been repaired and replaced with modern eye friendly LED . Worn furnishings replaced. Husband and wife team that have worked hard to improve the place.

Needs New Ownership. I am a regular customer at this Coffee Culture location, and on more than one occasion I have witnessed how incredibly rude the owner can be to customers. Whether he blatantly yells across the restaurant at a customer inaccurately accusing them of speaking negatively towards him, charges a harmless homeless man for a cup of water, or carelessly does not hold the door for a customer with their hands full, he needs a serious attitude adjustment. Not to mention his work to break ratio. It's a shame, and a really wonder how he keeps such polite, happy staff.

Manager Rips People Off. The manager at this location is a total sleeze. Every time he rings me through my order ends up being 2 or 3 dollars more than it should be. One time its not a big deal- mistakes happen- but every single time really? He plays it off like he punched it the right thing but i know how to add and 4+2+tax does not equal 10$. Total scam.

Coffee culture dundas. Drop in centre for homeless who just sleep in the restaurant all day. Staff who play the music too loud. Owner who refuses to provide paper towels in the mens washroom. What a dive!

Yikes!. We've been to other locations and thought this one would be just as tasty - but we were wrong! My husband ordered his usual decaf coffee with cream. I tried to order a latte only to find out that their milk steamer was out of order. Not too big a deal, I thought, and ordered an iced latte (no steaming required). Unfortunately we ordered it to go and didn't have our first sips until we were in the car. His "coffee" tasted like hot water with some cream, and I am not exaggerating. We wondered if they had actually forgotten to put any coffee in while brewing. If we hadn't been on our way somewhere we would have gone back for a refund! My drink was mostly milk, not much espresso flavor, and thus disappointing. Needless to say, we will not be back to this location.

Terrible Service. The location in London on Dundas Street is a challenge. The music is too loud and always rock and roll. The TV is stuck on news. Washrooms are deplorable-when they work. The staff varies from workers who care and those who have no idea what good customer service is. Unlike other locations like Kensington market and College Street where you can watch soccer or any other sport you want. It's too bad that this location service for some of the employee's are more important than regular customers.

Great place to catch up with friends.. I love Coffee Culture! It is definitely my go-to restaurant when I'm going out with friends, we end up sitting there for hours, or when I need to get out of the house to study (free wifi)! <br/>The hot chocolate is really good! Great chocolate chip muffins! The Vanilla Latte is also very yummy! The cookies are huge. &The environment is so nice and peaceful, the little booths and seats make the restaurant very comfortable and relaxing. Everything is just amazing :)
