I always prefer to eat burgers at Wendy's only. I had ordered Spicy Chicken burger combo. For me they are perfect. Taste is so good that you'll go visit again.

There was a glitch with their app when I redeemed a reward and one of the staff basically accused me of somehow tricking the system and stated that I owed them money. She did end up fixing the order but never apologized or anything. Just started ranting to the I'm guessing the manager about how the til would be short. I think they may need some customer service training.

The older woman who works at this Wendy’s is sooooo kind and has a great vibe! Always great to encounter her at the drive thru window. They are good at checking orders to avoid any missing food or issues with the food! Some of the younger staff they had were kind of iffy with professionalism, but that’s not much to complain about because it’s only happened a couple times and the owner was respectful when I had talked do them before about it. Plus the service from that woman I mentioned, always makes up for any problems! She’s the best! If she’s not promoted, she definitely should be. I think her name may be Shirley? For some reason that’s what’s sticking in my head.

I had an issue with my meal but I had already made it back to work. I called them and I was compensated. Staff is very friendly. It can get pretty busy at lunch time. Wait time varies but they are usually pretty quick and accurate.

Going to be there us ten minutes thank u. Well went there and ordered and picked up my order they charged me 2 dollars for my honey mustard I only asked for two. Also the cashier was very rude to me. We like the other mature girls that were there before very rude

The staff at this location are what make it 5 stars; I went last week and tried to order a baked potato but they didn't have any. Their awesome staff were nice enough to give me a coupon for one for the next time I visit which I really appreciated. Then, this week I came for my potato and ordered a few others things as well and they happened to be out of plum sauce and I was offered a free Frosty as an apology which I think was really nice of them. Shirley who was working the drive thru on both visits made a really good impression with me which is why I'm here to compliment her & the rest of the staff working tonight, including the manager who was nice enough to give me the coupon for the potato. This is my favourite Wendy's location in all of London and I'll definitely be recommending it to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work guys, you deserve a raise for your amazing customer service! ❤️
