We purchased the 2 pizza deal in medium and it was a lot of pizza for 3 people. The pricing is reasonable and the pizza was delicious. We ordered a vegetarian and added olives, and a barbecue chicken without onions. The BBQ was my personal preference, and something I would recommend. The pizza was also made in good time, only about 15 mins wait

Sausage, pepperoni, mushroom is divine with their incredible sauce and fantastic cheese blend.
This time their wings were perfect too. Crispy outside, juicy and tender inside with a hot wing sauce that had me licking the container clean. Seriously - bottle that!!!

My husband and I recently arrived in Canada, we should be saving money, but we are spending it on this delicious pizza! When I'm happy, I want pizza, when I'm sad, I want pizza. This pizza is really good, the best I've ever eaten in my entire life! I highly recommend it! There's no photo of the pizza because there's never time. When it arrives it goes straight to my belly. The delivery man is also very kind. Thank you very much.

Had some amazing pizzas today at sopranos! First time here. Pizzas were delicious, generous and cheesy! I did ask for extra cheese but I wasn’t disappointed. Service was fast and staff were super nice! Will order again!

This is the best pizza we've had in London. What I like best is the amount of cheese they put on their pizzas. My wife is Italian and we are both very picky about italian food. It's seriously good, and I wouldn't give 5 stars unless it was absolutely fantastic. If they keep this up they'll have a customer for life!

the shorter lady who works nights and has a brown bun is always super friendly and nice! she always makes sure she has a smile and her face making the environment feel warm. she’s never scared to start up a conversation making the environment very welcoming and open! 20/10 rating in my opinion definitely would recommend to everyone!

I live down the street from Soprano's which is how I discovered them. If you're a fan of lots of toppings on your pizza, this is the place for you! My personal recommendation is the deluxe (pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, green peppers and red onions). They never chintz out on the cheese; every order is as if you'd asked for extra (for free!). They have pick up specials on certain days and are always friendly, even when the entire shop is packed with hungry patrons! My boyfriend's family in Hamilton love their pizza so much that we often pick it up before going there to deliver it to them. It's worth the drive to and from Soprano's!

Called to order for delivery. Was told by the owner/worker that I make my own hours and I don't deliver when I don't want to at 1:30 on a Saturday night. Asked politely since I have ordered from this place before many times and the pizza has been quite good. However after this, will not be ordering from this business again after the rude interaction of the phone staff/owner.

I have gotten pizza from over 10 times now. And let me tell you it is absolutely amazing. Never regretted it once. I Usually get 3-4 toppings like bacon, mushrooms, green peppers and pepperoni. The kind of pizza you can get here is very hard to find. The topping portions are generous and the prices are reasonable.<br/>The only problem is that sometimes they're rude over the phone when you call for delivery.

WORST experience EVER! Made me so upset last time we were there!! Pizzas was greasy, disgusting, and with black curly hair in it!!! Wings were dry, I found the same kind of BODY HAIR stuck onto a wing too!!! Sauce was not what it was supposed to taste like! Horrible service! Staff is rude! Don't waste your time, energy, and money with these disgusting, money hungry jokers! Give a negative ten (-10)!!! They are the worst, seriously!!!

Our neighbourhood pizza joint, just off Proudfoot. Reliable and open late, even some holidays. The 3 topping pick-up-special is our answer to most "hungry and don't want to cook" problems. The Panzerotti is a nice change of pace as well. When I do pizza with the folks, they always have me pick up from Soprano's.

I used the online ordering system (which is hosted by mizpiz.com) and it took 1:46 (yes, 1 hour and 46 minutes) to get 2 medium pizzas delivered. The driver was really nice and apologetic about it... but that doesn't change the fact that we waited almost 2 hours for delivery. This is our first time ordering from Sopranos West - and definitely our last. As for the pizza itself, it was hot, so I couldn't blame the driver... but besides that... meh. It's definitely not in my top 5 pizzas. It's just OK, in my opinion - if that. There's way too much cheese on top so you can't even see or taste the toppings, and the pizza basically just leaves a bit of a salty taste in your mouth. That might be acceptable if you're a starving college student... which we're not. Again, this is our first and last time ordering from this place.

Best compared to Rest. We tried many spots in London. Sopranos is always consistently excellent. No need to ask for extra cheese...they already heap each pizza with lots. We like the option of thin crust and extra sauce. We don't order pizza any place else!

Partially raw chicken wings. I ordered a combo of a couple of pizzas and wings, and We were disappointed to see that majority of the wings were partially raw . I probably won't order wings from there again

Worst delivery system. My 4 kids and I waited 1 hour for our pizza, after 1 hour the driver was calling our place for directions (creepy, should of been the store calling personally). This is the second time. The first time I was nice and gave directions. This time they lost my business. Pizza is my favorite food. This pizza is not worth a hour + wait. Sorry surpronos pizza I am not going to accept warm pizza every time.

Soprano's Pizza - West location. Very tasty pizza. Same price as the other folks. <br/>Yet, much better tasting than Dominos / Pizza Pizza or Gino's. <br/><br/>I'm sure there are other decent pizza places in town, but this is pretty darn good. <br/><br/>That's very unfortunate about the East London location. If that review is correct based on Deborah's experience, I would have taken that information public and publicized Soprano's reputation. Don't ever let a retailer walk over you. It's your money, it's their livelihood.

Very good pizza. They make some really good pizza, and the owner is really friendly to talk to when you go in. A few times they have messed up the toppings on our pizzas, and even claiming once that they "didn't have hot sausage" when they put regular sausage on instead (and the wrong sauce). Overall, it's good pizza and good prices when they get it right, which is generally the case.

It doesnt stand up to pizza hut (in my books) but its a great family run pizza place! Try it one and all! I always get a peperoni pizza with green pepper, fresh garlic and oregano. U may like it...
