Tons of choices for food, if you’re bringing a picky eater there’s bound to be something for them. Service is friendly and quick. It’s a little cold and feels a little empty in terms of ambiance but not terrible. Food tasted amazing too. Appetizers and main courses were not too expensive and were large servings.

Delicious food...good service but felt like we were being seated in the middle of an empty restaurant, and asked to be seated elsewhere more comfortable. She said they were busy and a lot of tables weren't clean. We did sit elsewhere though, but the lights in the ceiling flickered the entire time we were there. A bit annoying for sure. The food was really good...service was super friendly but needed a tad more attention (needed more drinks).

There are very few places I eat out at because of gluten allergy. My favourite place to eat out at is Ben Thanh! Tonight we ate there and as always the food was *amazing* and made safely for me. Our server, Jeannie (I'm sorry if i spelled it wrong), was (as always!) the best!!! Jeannie always greets us like friends when we walk in. She takes extra care with my food allergy and is great at suggesting new things for us to try! She's just amazing and always makes our experience there wonderful! Congratulations on 19 years at Ben Thanh Jeannie!

The food is pretty good most of the time. The service staff are friendly. Since they now have a menu with no pictures, you either need to ask plenty of questions or really know what you want to order.

Food was good as usual but I had some weird server. He was very awkward, slow, and forgot to bring some items even after I asked again. I don't like that the booths are gone.

This is truely one of our favorite restaurant s in London. We generally visit the WhiteOaks location and are warmly greeted each and every time .The staff is fast friendly & professional. My go to dish would have to be the Pho .( #103) as well as the spring rolls.During covid the restaurant remains spotless and I feel safe eating in or takeout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ( 2 takeout pics 1. is lean beef 2nd.is beef with tendon

We chose this Vietnamese Resto when in London. Pho is delicious as well as their spring rolls. Servers were nice, and orders came in fast. We will be coming back again!

It's kind of expensive compared to other vietnamese restaurants we go to, which is unfortunate. Can't go wrong with the classics. I usually get the beef noodle soup with the carrots. It's really good here, they give you SO much beef and carrots. So is the pho with beef n meatballs and Pad Thai. Popcorn shrimp, deep fried rolls, and fresh rolls are typical and good too. The owner is a little hard to understand, even with my experience with accents (I'm Korean and have plenty of fob relatives), but she's really nice and energetic. She will help with the menu, too, if you're looking for something to try but are unsure. With a try.
