This icecream store is a clean,friendly place to go. It does get busy in here and sometimes it feels very hectic waiting and starts to feel small in the store as people are standing and sitting all over waiting to get served. Overall it's a good little spot, icecream is tasty, fresh and have neat flavors. I like the tables outside that's a bonus. This place is wheelchair accessible.

I love my experiences here every time. Employees who have been here for a long time like the Asian girl in glasses or the tall ginger girl always recognize me and are very friendly and sweet. Used to be others who would always know me but unfortunately I don't see them anymore, so they are probably not working here anymore. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is great and portion sizes are fair. About two times I've seen what I think is the manager scold or yell at employee where customers can see, which made me uncomfortable to watch. But everything else about this place is great, I will definitely continue visiting.

Love their jamoca almond fudge milkshake, and the ice cream as well. I’ve probably had more than my fair share of the milkshakes in the last 4-6 weeks only. 😱

Every time we go we have been greated with a smile. Many yummy flavours. Love the tubs you can get for home for quick grabs.

Baskin and Robbins has always been my favourite. I have had a long standing relationship with their peanut butter and chocolate. We are so lucky to still have one! The washrooms at this location need a really good scrub but the ice cream is still worth it!

I really love that Baskin Robbins hasn't seemed to have changed their Peanut Butter & Chocolate recipe for at least 40 years. Amazing! I try to visit every 31st and stock up on 31% off prepacks, and you should too :) . This location is consistently clean, efficient, and friendly with super-convenient parking. Thanks and see you again soon!

I've always loved getting the hand-packed buckets of ice cream here, the best is strawberry cheesecake, and this is the only location in London. They should open more here and I really hope they do, it's unfortunate that some people have had some bad experiences I don't go there for the atmosphere to sit and eat, I go there to eat great tasting ice cream and usually take it home to eat or eat on the car ride home.

Best ice cream in the world. Nice thick with amazing flavours. Try the chocolate chip and chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate mouse royal.

Soft Serve--Big Price-VERY Small Cone. Could not believe how much I paid for a VERY small standard/regular cone of soft serve. The taste and texture were nothing special either. Will not return.
