Review Ozen Korea - London

This was my first time trying this restaurant & I was impressed. The quality of the food was wonderful, the size of the portions necessitated a 'doggie bag' & the service was fast. So many dishes that are still to be tried, we could not come close to eating everything we wanted to sample. Will definitely be dining again. Depending on when you go, a reservation may be a good idea.

Such a wonderful restaurant! I’ve been several times and tried many menu items and every time I absolutely love it. The staff is super friendly and was also very kind to my young child the time he came with me! Will be back again and again

Love the place for some good tasty Korean food. The new ordering system on the tablet can be a bit glitchy and it's a bit hard to have the servers wait on you and provide you with cutlery or other items. The food and experience however make up for it and is reasonably priced. Plenty of dishes to try out here.

The menu had a lot of options and for the quantity/quality we get the price is very good. I don’t think anyone would leave this place unsatisfied because their dishes really are so great. I particularly enjoyed all the side dishes as well as their octopus appetizer.

Best korean food I’ve had in a while. The bibimbap was crazy goos and the sides were unlimited. Their ipad ordering system is easy to use. Also their portions are huge. The only thing is its very busy.

Ozen Korea is my go-to spot for Korean food cravings. I eat at the restaurant but I order more through UberEats. Today the Uber driver gave me the wrong order and the staff of Ozen Korea personally delivered my correct order to my apartment. They truly care about their customers and their food is consistently sooo good. My personal favorite are soondubu and gamjatang. Their galbi and pork belly are always delicious too for meat cravings. Best Korean restaurant in London!

Lovely spot in London for Korean comfort food. We came an hour before closing as we were running late but were still accommodated well & our food was served very quickly. You’re able to view the menu on a tablet and order directly from there. They have a variety of food ranging from soup, katsu, cheese BBQ & hot pot. We tried their bulgogi, bibimbap and fried chicken which were all quite great. The portions were also quite generous, highly recommend!

Descent portion, the pork belly and octopus hotpot generously has lots pork belly slices and octopuses which rarely been seen in Toronto, also lots Vegs and sweet potato noodle, I can say it could serve 3-4, if not add more bowls of rice. The beef bibimbap also has well clocked egg and lots vegs, the portion is slightly smaller than my expectation. Overall, the flavors are well balanced, not over spicy and the cool dishes also have good flavor.

It was my first time coming here and wow!!! My brother said that this restaurant has amazing Korean food and we were in the area so we had to come by so I could try it. He was not wrong! The food was absolutely delicious!!! I loved that they had a button for us to press whenever we wanted to call our server for something. The staff were very friendly, the food came out pretty quickly, and the atmosphere is homey. The rice cakes with cheese was to die for!!!! Can’t wait to come back to try the other items on the menu!

OZEN KOREA is a Korean restaurant that is surprisingly more spacious on the inside than it appears on the outside. There is ample seating for about 12 parties although you'd be limited to a table of 4. Service is quick although I wished the food was hotter. It did not feel like all of the food was made fresh. I'll go through in detail for each entree we got. Each of the dishes we ordered were more expensive than expected but were of large portions so the price/quantity ratio is decent. The kamjatang is flavorful with a stronger flavor of meat than kimchi. It is not to my taste but my wife did rate this well. The bulgogi arrived lukewarm and felt like it was heated up rather than cooked on the spot. This was also the most underwhelming dish for flavor. We also ordered the spicy pork. This was executed well with a very good portion of meat. Both the quality of meat and the cook was very good. It is not too spicy and goes well with the side of rice. We had the seafood noodle soup on a prior occasion and really loved the broth. There was a lot of ingredients brewed in it and felt very hearty. Side dishes were diverse and of good size. The parking in the plaza is limited as the ratio of shops to parking spots is insufficient, particularly during the key meal times. I suggest going at off peak hours.

Busy place for a reason. Finished dinner very satisfied with the food. Service is a bit cold. There's a button to call for help but during busy times the servers don't respond for a while. Ordered a pork bone soup and the pork spicy BBQ with cheese. The cheese ring was fun but a novelty. The cheese is very basic and hardened over time. The spicy pork didn't have any greasy flavour. Sometimes when you eat fatty things you get super overwhelmed and can't eat anymore. The pork was clean, and I would order the dish again but without the cheese. The pork bone soup was very good and a large portion. Side dishes were ok, nothing spectacular. My other complaint is that over a dozen uncut jokbal meat was left uncovered next to the washrooms on a tray when I visited. I hope that's a temporary situation when things get busy. Otherwise I would advise everyone not to order it.

My favorite Korean restaurant!! It was perfect for myself and my family! The five of us enjoyed the delicious korean dishes and it was perfect value for money. We definitely couldn’t finish it just the five of us so packed some to go as well. Our server was very sweet and offered her best service to us. I would 10/10 recommend you guys to come and try this place and support the owners! 🫶🏻

My boyfriend and I have come here 3 times in the last few weeks and every single experience was amazing. Not only is the food phenomenal, the service is great, the portions are big, and the prices are very reasonable. Every time we've come we have been in awe at how fast the service is and how kind all of the staff are. Can't recommend this place enough - some of the best food and service in London!

I wanted to order food dilivery from this restaurant using uber but then realized that we were outside the dilivery zone (near airport). I ended up ordering from Skip the Dishes and went to pick up the food myself. This is one of the best Korean food I have ever had. I enjoyed everything I ordered. Food is fresh and portion is generous. I will definitely visit again if I ever visit London in the future!

I dont know why but their food recently getting very sweet!! I hope they can adjust it to make the food good as before! Sooo good!!!! I love the place, very clean, food is good, price is good for the quality and portion!!!!! I experienced both dine in and delivery, they bothhhh very good

Our family decided to meet here for lunch. It was our first time but my sister and her family came here before. She ordered the food as I didn’t know what to order. The food came out hot and presentation was exceptional. Now, when it comes to taste. Everyone’s taste is different. Some like salty and some like spicy. I personally just found everything to taste normal. Maybe on the plain side. The seafood pancake didn’t taste like anything until you put the sauce on it. The sweet and sour chicken taste like what it supposed to. Seafood tofu was ok. Beef short ribs were good. I didn’t give it a five star was because I wasn’t blown away. Oh by the way, if you’re not used to flat stainless steel chopsticks, bring your own!!

Today I visited Ozen restaurant at the Oxford location in London, and it was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend. The atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The restaurant had a modern décor with Asian-inspired accents that gave it a unique ambience. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit, making sure I had everything I needed. I chose to have the Spicy beef noodle Kalbi on hot plate for dinner, and it did not disappoint. The flavor of the dish was incredible; the spicy marinade added a wonderful kick to each bite! The hot plate kept my dish nice and warm as well, so it was enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, my visit to Ozen was an enjoyable one. Not only did I get to enjoy a delicious meal, but I also had the chance to appreciate the restaurant’s atmosphere and friendly staff. If you’re in the mood for some great Asian cuisine, be sure to check out Ozen! You won’t regret it. I give my experience at Ozen Restaurant five stars!
