Tonight we celebrated our 7 year old daughters birthday, Austin was an amazing server! Restaurant was clean and everyone was working as a team! Management is also amazing! Thank you East Side Marios. Lauren had a great time!

Ashley is fantastic! She’s always professional, has a positive attitude, very product informative, extremely all round amazing at her job. She’s always refilling drinks, grabbing more bread, and always checking in on the table, it’s hard to find someone in her line of work to maintain her bright and keen enthusiasm she has at work. We quit going to the other ESM locations because we know we will get amazing service here.

Best server I have ever had! Austen D was an amazing server! He was quick, accepting that we changed our seat because the booth was too tight and jaded us bread right away; he offered us soup and salad and it was fresh and warm and our food came out at a decent time and he was so sweet and patient with waiting on our little one who didn’t quite know what to order lol he was super busy and he found time to pop by and see how we were doing he was so courteous had spunk and a lot of good energy!! You can tell he is here for the hospitality and not just for a pay check! He got a very nice tip for his ability to be himself; absolutely amazing best service I’ve had in a very long time!! Lots of food all the time for pretty good prices. Bread soup and pasta is pretty filling but it tastes great before you fill up. Service was great and fast. Even when they were busy the quality was great and service was still fast.

Usually I’m not one to write reviews but I had such a great experience last night with our server Joey, I had to recognize him for going above and beyond for us. From the moment we sat down at the table, he made our dinner at East Side Mario’s on Fanshawe Park an amazing dining experience. He took our orders without even writing it down and within seconds of having ordered, he brought our salads and another bread loaf (we had already finished the one he brought us when he first introduced himself to us). Even though we could tell he was serving so many tables we couldn’t keep track (the restaurant was packed), he made sure to frequently check-in on us and made sure we never ran out of salad or bread while we waited for our entrées to arrive. It was almost like he could read our minds about what we needed, he was always one step ahead of us which was very impressive. Overall, our dinner was perfect thanks to the over the top and very friendly service that Joey gave us that night. I hope his hard work is recognized by his managers because he’s one of the best (if not the best) server I’ve ever had in my life.

Hadn't been to East Side Mario's in far too long.
Everything was up to the same high standard I recall.
The food was fresh and tasty and our Server Kara was exceptional. She checked in on us promptly, we didn't have to wait for anything and she made great recommendations!
Also, who doesn't like unlimited soup and salad, what a nice touch!

Food is absolutely delicious. We tried various food items, both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Their mocktails and cocktails definitely stand out! Pretty place giving an American diner feel!
