I had a delightful time at firehouse this week! I picked up some subs for my sons baseball team, and the red-haired girl at the store was great at understanding our complicated order, which other fast food chains never can! The store was super clean and the staffs energy was great. I will definitely be back!

First time trying Firehouse Subs. Two things, 1: it's not cheap! 2: it's the best meatball sub I've ever had from any sandwich place.
They lose a star for forgetting the pickle in my wife's order we got for take out.

Great subs but the staff at this location are miserable. Can hardly greet you and don't expect any smiles at all. I worked at Mr sub in high school and that would have been considered unacceptable. Pout on your own time, not work time!

Loveeeee firehouse subs! It's one of my favourite places to get food. I wish their subs weren't so expensive. Overall, the staff is amazing and always helpful and friendly. Love that they greet you when you come in and the orders don't take long to prepare. I am currently pregnant, and they were so kind and steamed the turkey 3x in order to make sure it was cooked through to kill and bacteria. That was really thoughtful of them! My favorite sub is the turkey bacon ranch, and my husband's is the Italian. Absolutely delicious!!!

Subs are fine but they were not understanding what exactly I wanted. After 5 minutes they told me understood and made a sub but was wrong. Thankfully it tested well so I will suggest to be very clear while ordering

During week at lunch wait is ridiculous. Try pre ordering but no gluten free bun option on the site. Staff today were great. Friendly. Food was good
