First of all I was shocked at how empty it was for a Saturday evening. Our waitress was amazing, took care of all our requests (we had a large group) and even snapped pictures for us! I had the loaded fries, which were delicious and huge! Bonus points for a very clean washroom. Will definitely go back!

Had some amazing nachos last night! Perfect presentation, lovely distribution of the toppings. Served by Kristina who was so friendly and attentive despite it being busy with football on. Staff seemed to be all having fun which made a fun environment for customers too! Great experience overall! Will be back for sure!

Great, quick service. Our server was attentive and helpful. Came in after derby practice, unannounced with a group of 10 and were able to sit together despite the restaurant being fairly busy on a Tuesday night. Great food and my Caesar was delicious. We will be back for sure.

Went yesterday for their wings &PBR special.Our waitress Bridgette was great as usual,but we had to send the wings back .They tasted very much like stale old chicken.The next batch tasted the same ,so we just finished our beers &fries &paid. The bill was corrected,but still. We rarely ever say anything negative about Crabbys East London,but the food's gone downhill since the new owners took over.The atmosphere &the regular staff that remain are all that keep us going back.

Little disappointed at the lack of vegetarian or vegan or even plant based options. Not one app suitable for non-meat eaters, like battered mushrooms, cauliflower bites etc.
Had to have deep fried pickles and onion rings. Come on crabby Joe's it's 2021, get with the program!
Other than that the food was very good, my guests all had non vegan choices and were quite happy. Server was fast and friendly.
The only other suggestion is the hostess was simply telling everyone "we're full", we had to ask if we could wait for a table and the response was "if you want but you have to wait outside". We thought they would have been more welcoming to be business and perhaps suggested we wait. 🙄
The wait was short and we were seated almost right away.

Went in today for dinner with my mum. We each had the cashew chicken bowl. It was absolutely fantastic. Our waitress made us fresh coffee. Atmosphere was great. Will definitely be back. Kudos Crabby Joe's 👏

Always a great place to go to. They have a bar side and a dining side. Each side has a different atmosphere. To have a calm enjoyable dinner with family and friends, I recommend the dining. But going to enjoy watching the games, have some drinks, definitely recommend the bar side. The food was always great went we went. They offer 1/2 price appetizers after 9 and it's always the best time!

Just enjoyed some half price apps the service was very fast, the only thing I would change is the temperature of the food when it arrived to the table the crabby combo was cold unfortunately. However we still ate it but definitely would have tasted better hot.
Hopefully next time the food will be hotter when it arrives to table.
Over all great food great service normally never disappoints just an off day for the kitchen maybe it happens still going back !

Great food and prices. I went for lunch on Thursday and got chicken wings and ribs. $15 plus a Peach ice tea. The other order was a burger and salad with double rye and coke. Total with tip $68.00 for lunch.

Good local bar, good service, typical chain restaurant atmosphere. Hit or miss on the food. For instance last visit was great burger but mediocre fajitas. I love that they carry my Keith's tall cans!

I went with my friend. The food was very good and came to the table fast. The drinks were prepared as we requested them and really good. The waiter was very attentive and polite. It was a great girls day!

Warm welcome (sounds like everyone gets a friendly welcome, restaurant or bar). We had lunch and ordered from the new lunch menu (all looked good and under $10). We shared the shrimp tacos (fries) and the bacon avocado melt sandwich (salad). Both very tasty (but messy - not appropriate for a first date!) and fresh. The only thing was that the avocado slices were under-ripe - but hey, it's January in Canada (not California)! Sue was friendly (as she was the last time I was in) and efficient. A good, quick lunch experience - oh, and excellent coffee!

Food was very tasty. Nothing much to look at but tasted good. Service however was lacklustre. From walking in the door and standing waiting for quite some time to be seated, to a very inattentive waitress who didn't check in on our meal -which took a really long time to come out-didn't ask if we wanted dessert and then brought the bill and then didn't return with the debit machine until we were able to make eye contact with her.

Terrible. The worst location in London. The servers are terrible. It takes over 20 minutes to get a beverage and even more for food. This is when the restaurant is no where near capacity. The servers spend way more time chatting at the bar or sitting at tables with their friends than actually serving patrons. The last server we had tried to take away our practically full plates while we were still eating. <br/><br/>Never coming back again.

Very bad service! Went there for my bday hoping to get a little 'buzz' going on...but the service sucked SO bad that after my first drink I waited 20-25 min for the waitress...and she never came! I could have walked out without even paying and they wouldnt have even noticed! Also, food portions suck, and they def dont put enough sauce on their wings! The one on Hespler rd is much better for everything!

Gone downhill!! 1/2 price.... Gone downhill!!<br/><br/>1/2 priced apps after 9. Think it's a good deal? They must have cut size of nachos on 1/2 and toppings is flavourless. Wings not in deal either. Waitress who is dressed to get better tips is more interested in playing with her boyfriends hair, that getting us another drink.

Crowded but good. Maybe not the best Crabby's location but close to home! always pretty packed, I generally order out. I love wings & am very particular about my wings, but Crabby's is among my top favourite places to get wings! Theyre breaded AND tossed :) sooo good! I always get the crabby combo, an appetizer platter so I can have a bit of everything! SUPER GOOD CHOICE.
