I decided to give this a go and now I can't stop. I get their fully loaded fries and it's SO GOOD. I'm not a spicy food lover but I happily tolerate it because of how tasty it is! The people working are always so nice. I forgot my stamp card every time so they always give me another to merge them together. Just really lovely people and delicious food + a nice atmosphere to eat in.

I have to mention that it is so sweet that they provide charge station for customers to charge their devices ❤️

I recently visited Wok Box, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The food was delicious - I had the Singapore Cashew and it was so flavourful. I ordered the sumo size which was just enough for me. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is lively. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty meal at an affordable price! 5 stars! Wok Box rocks!

Have always wanted to stop in at Wok Box. It didn't disappoint. Shared the orange chicken and a poutine with my husband and they were both great! Staff was friendly and patient with our indecisiveness. lol

We are regulars and not just because the food is always great, but the great staff and excellent service. We had the sweet and sour crispy chicken, the warwonton soup and an order of potstickers. Each was hot, fresh, and delicious. Again, the friendly staff make it a great experience!!! Thanks for ALL the great food treating us so well.

I was surprised to see they had wings, but was so disappointed with them. $14.99+tax for 6 boneless chicken bites and about 20 fries. It looks like a kids meal, and the drink was forgotten.
My partner enjoyed his noodles, but we probably won’t be back.
EDIT: Changed from 2 stars. Management contacted me promptly to provide a solution. Food was delicious regardless, so we will give it another go!

I think the main pitfall of this restaurant is price. Don't get me wrong- the portions are large and their is a lot of variety in their menu- many unique Asian items; Something surely for every taste bud! But 17$ for a takeout combo is a bit too steep for me. Other than this the staff were very kind and the atmosphere is very family friendly, lots of kids around. Limited seating- so beware at busy meal times!

Average. We took our groupon and decided to try WokBox. It wasn't a bad meal, definitely not the worst thing I ever ate like other reviewers. <br/><br/>First the staff were very friendly. Nice atmosphere in restaurant. What ever meal you choose you can switch up the type of noodle, which is nice. The dish looks really nice and well prepared. But as for the taste it is pretty average, there was a generous amount of chicken in the dish, I would sooner goto Thuận Kiều Vietnamese Restaurant. For the dollar or so more a dish would cost.

Okay place.. This place is okay. It usually ends up costing a fortune and the food is not ALL that great.<br/><br/>The fried rice is almost uneatable. It has a strange flavour and is glue like-do not order. Besides that the dish is apparently 1300 calories, that is the vegetarian fried rice alone. <br/><br/>Samosa's seem to be from the party packs you can buy at the superstore.<br/><br/>Kung Pow chicken is good. <br/><br/>Comfortable when sitting in a booth. Staff is friendly.

I've been there three times, each equally as delicious, however their service is absolutely horrible. There's a bias for dine-in customers. I ordered takeout of one simple order of samosas, and I mean 2 things you put in the oven, it took them 40minutes to give it to me. An on top of that I had to ask for it, there was three people after me in line and I was still there after they had left. There was no applogy whatsoever from them. I wouldn't go back because it's not worth starving over

Just had another great meal here I waited for a few minutes for my food to be made to order which is awesome. It is always fresh and made the way I like it. Never a dissapointment! the price is in line with other places eat in or take out.

Great food!. I've been a regular at the Wok Box and I can tell you I've tried many of their dishes. My favs are the butter chicken and the dan dan. The staff are great and always friendly!

Amazing food & staff.. I have had a few different stirfrys from WokBox and every one has been delicious.(Jungle Curry, Singapore Cashew, Butter Chicken). The staff are always really friendly and it makes for a great experience whether dining in or just dropping by for take out.

Three Strikes. I like the food from Wok Box, but after my last experience with them, I probably won't go there again. <br/>First of all, my family and I ordered food for delivery the other night and it took close to TWO HOURS to arrive! Then, when we opened the boxes, the one vegetarian dish we requested was wrongly made with chicken instead of tofu (leaving us with 2 hungry vegetarians who now had nothing to eat). We called to tell them and they did bring us a replacement dish (which took another hour or two to arrive). <br/>The third strike came when I ate the replacement dish (jungle curry) for lunch a couple days later and found a small black screw at the bottom of my noodles. It definitely did not get in there from my house! I'm lucky that I noticed it or else I could have broken a tooth eating the food they prepared!

Great Food!. Very strange to read all the preceeding reviews. I have ordered from this restaurant several times over the last few months, both for my husband and myself and for an extended family dinner. We have tried several dishes and all were met with rave reviews.<br/>My personal favorites are the samosas and the Jungle Curry!

Bad, bad, bad. I had ordered a few dishes for delivery hoping the dishes I chose would get better... I ordered the lemon chicken the cashew chicken the pad tie. These were always sub par. The only thing eadible were the pot stickers which were ok. A friend of mine wanted to try the eat in place, I warned him. The food that we ordered was disgusting and OVER PRICED. All in all a terrible exxperience...Highly un recommended, even go so far as to warn.

Overpriced and small servings. My wife and I ate here tonight. I had Thai red curry chicken, my wife had teriaki noodles. My dish was alright, and my wife's was bland and boring. For dinners that cost north of $10, all you get is a bowl of stir fry. If you want to eat spring rolls or anything else, it is all extra. <br/><br/>On that note, to make it a meal [i.e. get a fountain pop and 2 small spring rolls], costs an additional $3+ dollars, which is just robbery. Whoever created the pricing structure for this restaurant is completely mad. I could get full table service for less money than this, which is not the case at the Wok Box. <br/><br/>I will be returning to my normal Asian restaurants next time I eat Asian food.

Bad experience. We ordered a meal and appetizers and sat and waited. We sat and waited as others came,ate and left! When we enquirer as to why our food had not arrived after 20 minutes, we were told the "order got dropped, it's not personal". The manager seemed overly defensive, rude and unapologetic! We requested a refund and will NOT return! Proper etiquette would have been for her to offer us an appetizer while we waited with a genuine apology. No second chances are deserved or appropriate here!

Overpriced Processed Slop. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of eating at this place. I ordered the Penang stir-fry and it came in a cute Chinese take-out box. It looked promising, however, when I opened the box up, over half of the box was filled with white rice! And the rice wasn't cooked properly - it was a gluey mess. How can an Asian restaurant not know how to cook rice?! The stir-fry was a dog's dinner as well - the sauce tasted like it came out of a jar, canned corn and chestnuts, overcooked vegetables. It was barely edible, and I felt sick after eating it. Wok the F!? I'm not coming back!

Took two tries.... The first time I made the mistake of ordering the Pad Thai. HORRIBLE. I couldn't even eat it. The second time I ordered the Singapore Cashew and it was much, much better. Good amount of chicken and cashews, and the taste was delicious. I'd order that again, but I'm a bit afraid to stray from this dish now that I've read these other reviews! Strange its getting such bad reviews, as I hear these places are a big deal in western Canada.

Not worth the 50 minute wait!. Sat night, 730pm. I ordered 1 simple order of pad thai. Counter people friendly enough but I believe they lost my order. I waited outside for a bit and came in and waited and waited... the manager apologized and stated that he had "given his staff heck". When it finally came I can honestly say I have never had pad thai so horrible in all my life. I tried to find something positive about the food but could not, not in its freshness nor quality control nor taste. No sauce, sticky noodles and mushy veggies. HUGE disappointment and will not return.

Admittedly this was my first foray into Wok Box in a fit of spontaneity. Upon entering and approaching the counter I was met by a friendly server who began a short but clearly well memorized corporate welcome and menu description. So much for spontaneity, the next person got the same speech. I believe that any good food establishment lives and dies by the small things. So instead of ordering entree I ordered four spring rolls. Well if the clearly frozen and then deep-fried and beige and tasteless gelatinous filled cardboard tasting spring rolls are any indication of the 'big' things I would be worried. For spring rolls, save your cash and buy and microwave yourself a box of no-name or m&m spring rolls for a more fulfilling taste experience. I am not an employee of either m&m or loblaws.

Great alternative to fast food! I loved it. The service was the friendliest by far of anywhere I've been in the last few years. Plan to wait if you go at noon but otherwise I have not waited too long. Food has been excellent except for butter chicken. Better leave that to the pros.

My experience was terrible at the London wok box. 60.00 for three take out pad thai's. I could pay twenty dollars less at an authentic Thai restaurant and get food and service miles above the Wok Box. THIS ONE IS A SKIP FOLKS!

Gave it a second chance. Takes ver long. Don't believe the lemon chicken is really all breast meat. Unimpressed with even the steamed rice. I understand it's a starch, bur should it really taste starchy & appear almost glue like????
