Review Buffalo Wild Wings - London

Went for dinner with my parents. It was our first time dining here. The wings were delish! Our Server Laura was wonderful, very attentive and kind. She had a great sense of humour as well, considering we were a giggly bunch. I would definitely return to try more wing flavours!

What a place. Great service and good food. Superb place for sports enthusiasts. Screenings all around. I went for European soccer screening unfortunately it wasn’t there. Overall a fantastic place with some really great options of wings and beers.

Ok so the wings are fried very well and the bar looks ok. You best try the asian zest and avoid the original sauce as it tastes like oil and butter, wedges are also not so hot but the service is ok and the fries are good.

Had an amazing time with my buds! Tried the spiciest wing ... (was really spicy! Inspite of having tasted many Indian foods) Lovely place to enjoy your meal with friends and family! Staff are super friendly!!!! 75 cents a wing on Tuesdays Loved it!!!

Best food. Fast service. Must try sauces on wings are Asian Zing, Mango Habanero, Parmesan garlic with blue cheese on the side.

Ordered a house sampler and beer. Good food! Our drinks order got messed up however, everything else was good so overall not a bad experience.

Food was A1 staff was very friendly and very helpful on describing the food at this location as this is my first visit and I will return in the near future and will recommend to everyone our server was Alicia she very helpful and kept checking in on us to make sure our food was good and drinks topped up..

I really enjoy this place. I love wings with a bit of a kick to them, but I don’t like buffalo sauce so I’m usually stuck ordering honey garlic at most places. BWW has my favourite flavour - Kickin’ Honey Garlic. It’s the perfect mix of spicy and sweet. The wings are a little pricy for the size of them, but are great non the less. Atmosphere is great too. I will most definitely be back :D

Hello, I am a frequent customer of your location. Been dining in for years and recently with the spread of Covid-19, been using the online order option. The last few visits have been problematic but nothing you couldn't just shrug off but today's visit was a little too much. First off, we ordered sauce on the side which is clearly indicated twice on the receipt yet the wings were covered in sauce. The reason we order like that is because the employees tend to have a hay day with sauce applications and appear to just put them in the cardboard take out boxes and shake them around. The aftermath of this "procedure" is also attached in the photos as sauce leaked out not only onto the bag but all over my car and kitchen table. Than to top off the disaster, most of the wing sauces were incorrect and we received what I can only describe as a "joke" side of ranch. The picture I've attached is the actual amount of ranch sauce one of the employees thought was appropriate to send out the door. It takes a lot for me to complain to this degree and I especially feel bad considering the circumstances going on in the world lately but that is no excuse for laziness and just utter pathetic food service. The only reason I am giving a three stars is because the dine-in experience is amazing, especially your server Igor! Also, the girls that run the counters for pick up during these busy times do an incredible job at getting orders out quickly and timely but this problem seems to be coming from the kitchen and I think a closer examination of the kitchen happenings is in order. *** I was contacted by the general manager and was very happy with how the situation was handled. Thank you for following up and providing awesome customer service.

Tremendous! Wings were exactly as I like them and on Tuesday’s it’s Wing Night and the wings are buy one get one free! Also had the Buffalo Cauliflower and it was excellent! Great service by Alex. Oh, and cold beer too!

I love the dine in experience .The managers and staff are super friendly and efficient.Since covid we.ve been ordering for pick up only . The bag was inspected for accuracy and sealed as seen in the pic of the sticker below .Always great selection of delicious wings sandwiches and wraps .Good for families or a place to catch a game !

Hello, I would like to say my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in London location was a great experience overall. We were seated by the host right away. She could of been a bit more enthusiastic. Our server, Emily was wonderful and took our orders quickly. She seemed very friendly and always checked up on us frequently. I enjoyed having her as our server. The shift supervisor or female boss interacted with me to make sure we were doing alright. I believe her name was Kim. Very outgoing and humourous and sweet at the same time. Her attitude definitely reflects on the great, comfortable laid back atmosphere she has created with here employees at Buffalo Wild Wings. 🙂🙂🙂

First time patron at this establishment. I had buffalo chicken tots and the cheese burger. Kitchen did great. Portions were generous for a lunch menu. Was served hot and ready to eat but the service was the most professional service I have had from a server in close to 15 years and thats saying something for the fact I eat out often. The keg is missing out.
