Edit - come back often but want to point out how great this place is. Staff are friendly, create amazing milkshake and cook great food. Top it off they are super friendly and even gave us a desert to share when we had an unexpected wait for our food one night. Great Latin food and a fun desert destination. Also, best lunch deal downtown $6.50 - burger or chicken wrap with fries and a drink. Thanks!

Awesome experience. Friend was having a birthday and they came out and lit the milkshake candles and everything. So friendly.
One note: Bathrooms are in the basement down a very narrow staircase so not accessible for everyone, but they were clean at least. However door doesn't go from floor to ceiling so it's like being in a stall but open to anyone coming downstairs too.

This place is a gem in the rough, doesn't look like much on the outside but they serve delicious food, impressively sized burgers that look like something you would get in a fancy food truck, to die for milkshakes with endless combinations of flavors, add ins and toppings, I started out simple with a Nutella milkshake with a glazed donut on top and it was so thick and delicious! They also have Latin food like empanadas and arepas which I must go back to try. Food prices are very reasonable, you can get a burger or chicken wrap with fries and drink for 6.50 for the lunch special. I will definitely be back

Amazing service employees are great the burgers are unreal (get the garlic sauce) and if you thought you have a good milkshake before you're wrong. Hands down best milk shake I EVER had here.

Highly, highly recommend! Paradise Cream was on our list of places to try, we hoped it would be good and worth the visit, we were overwhelmingly surprised with how great the food, milkshakes and service was! We showed up a few minutes after close on a Saturday night, they graciously took our order. The double cheeseburger was exceptional-seasoned impeccably! Even the condiments-the garlic sauce, were great. Beyond the food the service was second to none. They treated us like they were serving a meal to their own family. We have very high standards for burgers and all that can be said is on all accounts Paradise Cream not only met but exponentially exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Paradise Cream to anybody who asks and even people who don't!

Lunch special cheeseburger was delicious and tremendous value for the price. Alas, the fries were poor-quality, frozen. Fresh cut would turn this 4 star rating into 5 (and are something I'd pay a premium for). The milkshakes, garnished with whole donuts and slices of cheesecake, looked truly insane. Maybe one day I'll be brave enough to try one.

The milkshakes were amazing. The food was good. But the 40 minute wait for French fries with shredded chicken was not ok. That was the only food we ordered and we were served our milkshakes first. Thanks for a tasty experience! My advice to consumers is avoid if your looking to grab and go. If youre okay with waiting, try it out.
** updating to 4 stars from 3 because my second experience here was great food, great milkshake, faster service. ONLY complaint is about zero air conditioning.

This place is amazing for a good quality burger (nothing like McDonalds or other chains). The milkshakes will blow your mind! Better than the best milkshake I have ever tried! Would recommend to everyone. The only thing is to watch how much you order. I ordered a burger, paradise fries and a milkshake. Couldn’t finish all of them without feeling sick so get 2/3 if you want to actually finish everything.
