I had always a great food experience in any jack astors restaurant..all the foods that they serve all in top qualities ..super excellent and so scrumptious..and this is all the foods below i posted here are all the foods we ordered last feb 17, 2019 for post valentines dinnerdate..the service is great too theyre very welcoming and so attentive..will come back again and this is highly reccomended highclass restaurant for everybody 👍👍😍
Delicious late night dinner with excellent service. We both had a vegetarian Asian dish and 2 weeks later, I'm still craving it! Will definitely return hete next time I'm in London.
It was Canada Day when we visited and there was such a festive vibe going on outside and inside. A lovely town, lovely, fun people and a great restaurant.
There was four of us and we had drinks and dinner. The meal was excellent as was the staff. The other families dining near us were also complimentary of their meals. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Have read the mixed reviews on this Richmond Row location. This place primarily caters to the uni crowd and deal with poor patron attitude. Others in the RR location catering to the uni crowd seem to have the same comments. Could be uni's are less tolerable and more discriminating than us oldies.
We chose not to sit in their classic upper patio deck as it was a little too cool out.
I had the beer cheddar soup accompanied by a fried chicken sandwich. Partner had the Mexican salad with a chicken goat cheese sandwich. Both of our meals were served promptly and hot.
The food was excellent. I always have the beer cheddar soup and highly recommend it. It is a signature dish

Really good. The bruschetta is amaaaazing, my boyfriend got the shrimp tacos which were on special and I gave it a try since he kept saying how good it tasted and I couldn't agree more. I had the Parmesan chicken bow tie and its always good (i order extra sauce on the side because I find it a little dry but thats my own personal opinion)

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill Richmond Row on New Year’s Eve. We were lucky to get a walk-in entry without a reservation, and we were glad we did.
The food was amazing, from the chicken nachos and sweet potato russet fries to the bow tie chicken nachos and the hot toffee ice cream dessert. We enjoyed a pitcher of Coors beer along with our meal, and the music was just right for the festive mood. Our hostess, Maddie P, was very attentive and friendly, and she made sure our orders were delivered in timely intervals. She was a great part of our NYE experience. Thank you, Maddie!
The only downside was that the place was a bit pricey, but we didn’t mind too much because the food and ambience were worth it. We would definitely recommend Jack Astor’s to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing place to hang out with friends and family. We hope to visit again soon!
Jack’s Richmond Row kicked the merriment into high gear with their festive decor! Great atmosphere for the holidays. Food was very good, chicken caesar always a favourite, steak cooked perfectly, very flavourful. Service was excellent, very friendly staff. Made you feel very welcomed.
Stopped by this cozy eatery and was impressed by the hospitality and the delicious offerings. The fish tacos were fresh and flavorful, a real taste sensation. The chicken wings were juicy and well-cooked, and the accompanying sauces were a hit—especially the Thai curry sauce. The wings would truly shine even brighter with a tad more seasoning to bring out their natural flavors. A wonderful dining experience nevertheless and will definitely come back.
The upstairs patio is always cool. Great for a date. Nice little romantic spot overlooking Richmond St. Food tasted great, beer was on point and even a few shots. Waitress was helpful, and friendly. I think she was curious about us and kept coming over it was cute. Great job Jack Astor's keep it up... Check it!
I came here after work yesterday with my friend. Our server Madi always checked in if we needed anything. She was great and really friendly! I love the atmosphere of having a drink on the rooftop patio. My classic mojito tasted soo good. The food was yummy too. Would love to come back here for another drink!
Often I enjoy jack actors, some of their dishes are quite good. Bar favorites, and a nice healthy mix of bowls and main dishes. Lately however I find it to be sub par, and $4+ for hot water and a tea bag is a bit steep. I'll go again, just less often
Was at Jack Astors recently, I have not been to London in a long time. The staff were great, music was good (not too loud), the Christmas decorations looked awesome and the two bartenders that served us, I believe their names were Emma and Mina were amazing. Their attentiveness was impeccable, they were very nice, and provided excellent recommendations for food/drink and things to do in London. Highly recommend visiting especially if they’re behind the bar!
Memphis steak with loaded baked potato was so satisfying... seasoning on steak was fantastic!

We took The Grand’s Charlie Bucket to celebrate his closing of the production at Jack Astor’s. The most incredible human continued to spread the magic and wonder of this story by paying for our wonderful meal. The service is incredible!
We came for brunch on friday. Staff here is really friendly, waitress was amazing and she kept checking up on us, the hostess was really sweet and she made us feel comfortable. Food is delicious, chicken fingers must try! will definitely come again!
